A couple weeks ago on Sunday Fashion Edit, Debbie said Iman is still with HSN, but that she didn’t know when she would be on again. Iman really had a whole collection which made it easy for me to put together a fantastic outfit: the pants, shirts, dresses, scarves, handbags all were meant to go together. Keeping my fingers crossed she’ll be back soon!!!
Colleen has been one of my favorite hosts, but she too has embellished. I ordered a tanzanite ring after she gushed about how beautiful the color was. It was an oval tanzanite surrounded by banquette diamonds. When I got it home, the color was very light, almost like a lilac color, so back it went. Later, I found out that the cameras use filters to enhance the color of the stones. I was a little disappointed in Colleen and HSN.
It’s about time hosts and vendors are called out. In addition to Colleen, I’ve always liked Bill, Lynn, and Connie. I was sad to see Connie leave. These four, in my opinion, have been the most genuine.
If you follow her Blog, she has been asking for product ideas and suggestions a few weeks ago, you might be able to post your request there on email her company direct.
She usually states she doesn’t like to bring things back, so they can move on to new products, but once in a while, if there’s plenty of requests she might just do it… also HSN has to agree to stock them again. Good luck.

I can not only not order from HSN online I can’t get into old or new account! I’ve complained to HSN on & off for the past 5+yrs that I never got an actual CC,(didn’t worry to much as it was only the HSN one).
Well needless to say now it’s an issue,(I NEVER got any warning about the issuing bank changing), both stink! I can’t order online, however I can still order from my TV,
Posted in Forum: Customer Serviceso this weekend when online checking my autoship status stuff i noticed an xchange choice on a recent order for korres lip oil & korres body cr. odd because i have never seen xchange choice on hsn before. AND when i had asked previously about changing scent on a korres autoship was told they don’t allow scent change on autoships. figured it was something new so i clicked on the xchange choice for the lip oil just to see if perhaps it was allowing xchange for a diff korres lip oil. there was no other page appearing for me to put in any info or providing any info. then get an email saying ‘order has shipped’ & i now have an additional lip oil coming at zero chg. WHY? CS says-oh,this has been in effect for SOME products for 2yrs now & even tho there is no ‘different’ choice to make for an xchange hsn ‘assumes’ there was something wrong with the initial item shipped since i clicked xchange. AND WHEN I SEND BACK the supposed damaged item with their label it will charge me 7.95 to return the supposed damaged item. REALLY? Jeez,,, i didn’t need it xchanged & can send this small item with my own postage in small evelope SO I DON”T get dup chg for something i didn’t even WANT. don’t need this hassle. i assumed it was similar to qvc xchange policy/choices which is why i clicked on it in the first place. Is this new? or have i just been not noticing it before
Maybe they have new projects or just want to slow things down. I feel sorry for those that did most of their shopping because of certain vendors, but for me, most of the jewelry vendors were nothing that I would be interested in, some of the jewelry was dowdy and old fashioned, which coming from me being 60 can be perceived as strange. Maybe they are wanting to attract a younger audience, which I doubt will happen because I can’t see them shopping at HSN. The only jewelry I liked was Nicki Butler, I have a couple of pieces of his jewelry from way back. I only shop craft products from HSN now. Maybe the vendors you like will turn up on another shopping network.
Hi girls. I had to go cold turkey off of HSN. My closets were overflowing and I won’t even tell you how many jewelry boxes I have that are overflowing as well. I was on my way to being out of control. I decided to quietly leave and come back when my will power was stronger. I was going to buy some gifts for friends and family here while back but HSN had deleted my history. I depended on my history to know what sizes to get everybody and not buy something twice. Just a FYI if you are thinking of taking a break. Thanks for remembering and missing me. I thought of y’all often.

I went on the schedule of shows, typed his name in, it said sorry no such name is found.i know that hsn told us he was returning in the fall but I knew he was going after joy left hsn long Tsai and iman both were gone followed joy.

I seriously doubt that leaving is Joan’s idea. They have been cutting back on her visits for some time. When QVC and HSN merged everything has started going downhill. I really only watched HSN for Joan and Heidi. So doesn’t look like I’ll be around much longer
Agreed! HSN’s clothes have gotten cheap & frumpy. I’m 59 but don’t want to look like my Grandmother did 50 years ago. The material & styles looks like they came straight out of Walmart. I too miss the good designers like Hal Rubenstein & IMAN back in the day–not now.
As far as Joy, I kinda miss her. I love her hangers, steamer & some of her early luggage pieces were nice. Several of her other items were junk.

Oh my gosh ladies, I just typed in to the web browser ‘where is Hal Rubenstein?’ and up popped your conversation! I couldn’t agree more with all you are saying I hardly buy anything at HSN anymore. Not only are the styles bad, the quality and fabrics are just, well not my cup of tea. Maybe the old CEO will start another place for us to find decent clothes at decent prices. I used to buy staples at QVC, but their stuff has gone down hill as well. Its been back to brick and mortar for me. I mean how many t shirts and polyester lounge pants can one person have? I want to try harder as I get older, not give up hmrph!
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceOkay so I’m talking into my microphone because this is going to make it a heck of a lot faster I cannot find my account number I haven’t made a purchase a long time and I am trying to find my account number so that I can send it on my bill pay through my bank HSN when you call customer service does not give out the full number I have the last four digits in my banking bill pay but it doesn’t give me the rest of the number I am just sending it to them on my bill pay stating I don’t have a number how do I get my full account number so I can submit my payment I keep getting set back into a loop anyone that can help me would be greatly appreciated thank you so much
