Ok, here’s what I tried/noticed… DOES REGISTER SCORE & TICKETS EARNED PER GAME. Here’s how discovered… Went to HSN.com… under menu, clicked connect… then clicked Rewards… shows the PRIZE/TICKET REDEEM ‘item list’… & top right SHOWS-signed-in; current redeemable tickets; & all-time accumulated tickets. Opened Arcade in another window-upper right corner STILL NO NAME/INFO… BLANK. Played a game (Mahjong) , it DID show my high score for day. Went back to OTHER WINDOW- ‘prize page’ – & MY TICKETS WERE SHOWN AS ADDED/COUNTED FOR GAME IJUST PLAYED. REPEATED SEV TIMES PLAYING/CHECKING AFTER EACH -& ALL WAS COUNTED/ADDED. This is ‘my’ experience-TODAY. WILL IT WORK/STAY COUNTED? … Tomorrow will tell (HOPEFULLY). I suggest KEEP A LIST of games played/scores/ & any/all tickets SHOWN TO BE ACCUMULATED. May just be a ‘glitch’ (a REAL one this time, LOL) b/c I don’t see others’ having similar issues, just lucky ‘Us’, LOL, ONLY NOT. KEEPING FINGERS CROSSED IT ‘IS’ A GLITCH-THIS IS ‘MY’ THERAPY! Haha. GOOD LUCK-HOPE HELPS /WORKS FOR YOU & CONTINUES TO WORK FOR ME… 😃

It knocked me out of a game I was playing and I couldn’t get the site to come up to show my total accumulated tickets or tickets received for any game I tried to play. This is serious for me since I have more then 10 Million tickets accrued. I have even shut my computer down and started it back up and still can’t get anything on HSN games. HELP, PLEASE! Hopefully someone in IT is reading these posts.
What a disaster! Synchrony just sent me a letter(9/3) that Comenity should not receive any payments from me as of 2 weeks ago. The most recent bill I got from Comenity said to send payment by 9/10, What? My head is spinning.. So I called Synchrony and asked what to do and was told in so many words ” NOT OUR PROBLEM”. They told me to call Comenity and try to get my money back myself. You call this a bank transition? They even suggested that I might have to sue them to get my money back, Bottom line? I have to pay a great amount of money twice and then try to get the other bank to pay me back. HSN, is this the best you can do? If so I’m shopping elsewhere.
hello all I live on long island .. in fact about 20 mins from where Joan has her Hamptons store….today I dropped by and saw her for my self , she is fine and actually she was packing up because today is the last day for this summer season for her….she’ll be back next year…. I asked if she was going to be on hsn soon and she said she cancelled the sept 4th appearance due to the hurricane… but just wanted to let you all know Miss Joan Boyce is alive and well!!! and just as beautiful as ever!!!
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesSince there have been so many problems with this bank, maybe everyone should get together (there is a name for it, but I can’t remember what it is right now.) and sue Synchrony Bank, just make sure you have your statements, dates they charge you late fees. What the lawyers will do is contact everyone that had/has an account Do it as a group, then one person doesn’t have to pay the lawyers, make them pay the lawyers fee. You will get your late fees back plus some. This bank is not the nicest bank to deal with. Also, if everyone could pull their account and transfer their balances to another credit card, then HSN/QVC would have to change their banks again. Of course, those who can not do this, we are the ones that are stuck and have to abide by their rules. This way Synchrony will not be getting the interest. Good luck everyone. So, far I haven’t had any trouble with them, but will be watching my account very carefully. I am sure they have someone reading this post. Saying what I have suggested I wouldn’t be surprised if they cancel my account.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI want my hsn card closed per my request. By my records, you should OWE ME Money!!! I did not order all of the packages that were dumped and left for a day or so, all over my porch and sidewak, touching where a vehicle would park. ARC probably took some thinking they had been left for junk. The last time I called the woman said, “Oh I see you did nt order any Santa or some other yrdpiece, each well over $250.00, and we are moving…..I would not be ordering a ton of merchandise that does not even match any existing colors in our home. Example, Black towels??????? I do not think so. More trees? no umpteen chargers….Look back in my account and you will see I previously ordered several and paid for them in full a year or two ago. Plus I paid for $1,000. in gift cards from my checking account, Na from our grocer several $500.00 visa cards, and what I did order, I told the operator Very Clearly to use the Visa Card, of which I gave her all of the numbers. I have no choice now, but to return ALL OF the Christmas in July, which started in the last few weeks of June and expect you to credit my HSN account in FULL, even though the account is now closed as per my request. This is an undeniable MESS, and this is the only way I can think of to rectify the situation. Sincerely, Karen K Givens

These dies are really great because they provide a great background layer as well as a stand out piece for Anna Griffin’s embellishments. I am recommending that HSN ask Anna and approve for them to comeback. A lot of us have not been able to purchase this full set.
Yep! QVC is ruining HSN or rather the CEO of these two companies is. HSN is my favorite of the two. It was “fun” here. Bring that back! You know it’s really irritating to see! If they get rid of Lynn Murphy I will scream! She is so great to watch! Robin was one of my favs too! 😭
I miss Joy! I didn’t know or think Iman was leaving. That would be a huge mistake on Qvc/Hsn! If you get rid of your unique exclusive one of a kind vendors what do you have… nothing! I don’t want to see crossover vendors from qvc to hsn and back. No! HSN is special! Don’t mess it up! I mean how boring! When you mix the two you cancel out the fun of shopping at one place over another. And by the way, I noticed that Marilyn Miglin’s 26 year anniversary was just shoved under a rug. No fanfare, no excitement. Why!? She deserves better!

I had no problem. And there is another phone number to reach them, given to be my a HSN customer service rep. That number is: 866.763.4537.

It has been said by 3 different hosts that Iman is working hard on her new line and will be back so I continue to have hope, but honestly, it is getting harder as the more time goes by. I miss Iman so much! I do not understand why HSN doesn’t just address this once and for all and either tell us when for sure she will be back or let us know if she has moved on. I think she will be back even if the signs don’t indicate it though because her last show was with Joy and it was said it was their last collaboration “together” BUT it was not said that it was Iman’s last in her line. I really believe Iman would have known then if she was coming back or not and would have told her customers goodbye because I would expect no less from her. She had class and respect for the women who loved her line. It takes time to find a new distributor and to get things in production so I hope we will see her before too long.
I wish HSN would make an official announcement regarding whether Iman will return or not. If her return is delayed because of manufacturing and/or distribution issues, we should be told this so we can be patient in our wait for her return.
I miss Joy and Iman something awful. My wallet doesn’t, but I’ve been miserable looking for some hope that at least Iman will return. Her clothes are so lovely. Iman if you’re out there…don’t stop designing, girl. The world needs you. You make people feel good about themselves. Please come back. HSN shame on you for keeping us in the dark. The woman just disappeared. I agree. clothes on HSN are now frumpy and shows are highly predictable.
Posted in Forum: Crafts & SewingIf HSN could bring back the thoughtful sentiment stamps and lace border stickers that would be great. They sold out so fast. Since they were only in one show it is hard to get everything. It would be nice if Anna Griffin could bring them back.
No surprises here, it’s the way today’s world works unfortunately, – ugh…. you know, as someone who is a young-ish cancer survivor, when I’m up in the middle of the night in pain, I put on HSN to listen to & mostly buy my products at this time of night- the “encore” is not appealing to me, it just reminds me of another “informercial” setting in the middle of the night- this is the newest “monopoly” ever since QVC bought HSN- yes, I buy things off QVC too, but only every once in a while compared to HSN- so if HSN changes, I might just give up- I’ll just go back to watching the Golden Girls in the middle of the night! 😂
