I hope HSN can bring back for the holidays 2019 the holiday border edge dies and the terrific tags,dies and stamping bundle with inks. They are magnificent products that really enhance any crafters’ embellishments. They brought them back 2018 and for those who just started two years ago there is a catchup phase and these are essentials for any of Anna Griffin’s projects including scrapbooking and Christmas and holiday event planning cards and decorative products.

How msny tines I need to hear about soaps/skincare/electronica. Noticed that QVC repeats pretty much similar show on the same days HSN is presented. Instead Marla Wynne is having more shows (she is #2 of my designers) however, the quality of her garments have declined and the prices has gone up
I recently purchase two of her straight leg pants. I could verily moved. The inseam she uses now for regular size 14 is 28, really?
If you are 5’8, with curves (no complaints here) the inseam should be 30/31 inches
The same for DG2. The Super stretch fabrics are Not like past fabrics/ pants she made
So tired of paying for returned shipping to QVC and HSN for something that is not my doing. They are the designers.
I coming to the realization that you don’t care about your customers. Just make wherever.
Many of us are on retirement budget

I am surprisrd they paired them together after the way Diane treated Susan 4 weeks ago….they need to be a little better collaboration between the the host and the vendor….speaking over each other and the off the cuff comments shows the lack of professionalism it detracts from from giving us the viewer/consumer the shopping experience….shopping has lost its appeal to me, between seeing this going on and several of my designers not coming back or HSN not being transparent about the the changes (Iman) HSN will lose customers..I know I havent purchased anything in the last few months!

I do not know why this forum is not as popular as it once was. (I have a guess or two, but who knows for sure.) QVC’s forum is very popular, and there are lots of opinions over there, some positive and some negative. HSN pays for this forum to hopefully build business and get feedback. Not all feedback is going to be positive; that’s the nature of a forum. Participants need to be able to tolerate opinions that differ from their own, or forum participation may be a bumpy and uncomfortable ride.
My return was a pair of shoes going back to HSN. It cost me over $16.00 to ship them back!
Kaycee, southernlight is correct. There are more states taxing some form of shipping and handling than those that are not. Florida is one of those states therefore hsn must comply. It’s been around for years. I sold PartyLite candles about 15 years ago when Ohio started taxing S&H. That dipped into my sales numbers but luckily the majority of my customers understood it was the state, not me or the company. There’s been a strong push the past few years to crack down on collecting unpaid forms of taxes. A lot more companies will start complying now to avoid any audits or fines on back taxes.
Remember the days when many of the vendors had their own distinct packaging? Nothing was as elegant as Heidi’s packaging with the gold/black boxes. Now my extensive collection is comprised of the gold/black, blue and gray boxes. Doesn’t make for beautiful storage display.
Lately I’ve been purchasing more of my Heidi pieces directly from her website and they arrive in the gold/black boxes. If I’m giving a gift I try to purchase it on Heidi’s website so that the recipient receives the elegant packaging. The HSN boxes detract from the beauty of the jewelry.
Anything that costs as much as Heidi Daus, Rarities, etc. should not arrive in the ugly, dirty gray boxes. So please bring back Carol Brodie’s original lavender boxes too! My rarities collection is now in three different colors as well. Not pretty!

Any of those women would do a great job building an empire on shopping channels. I hope one of them does it. I’d even be happy to see Barry Diller buy it and make it the way HSN used to be when all the great fashion vendors used to be here. I’d love to see him come back to HSN with Mindy Grossman. WHEN is Iman coming back? It will be September soon! Sigh…Oh, I forgot to mention I hoard shoes, purses, scarves and hats too! But I think you knew that too, right? Lol. I blame it on fall. I have been cleaning out and purging my closet and drawers so it is much more manageable now. I am a maximalist trying to become a minimalist. I dream of having a more streamlined closet but it takes time for habits to die. I am making much progress though! 😀
Shipping is way too high especially when my State also adds on tax for S&H. If I remember correctly, HSN did not charge on the return when the item was damaged. The return shipping was given back to you as spendable “kash.” I have since brought my purchases down to a minimum. Love Jay King and Heidi Daus, but when shipping isn’t free, pick one item instead of six or seven per vendor.

Go check out the pink boots! Super cute! Yeah, I’m cutting back too by a huge margin! My hubby and kids are so proud of me! I’ve been on a mission this year to clean out and organize so I am bringing less into the house. I recently did the garage after years of being the dumping ground from the renovations. It looked like a hoarders paradise out there! We had the ceiling finished, painted, put in some cabinets and pegboard and used an old door left over from one of the bedrooms for my worktable. It’s so nice and clean now! Today I am going to weed through more in my closet and drawers. I got out of control too and since HSN has lost so many of my fave vendors, it is easier for me now to exhibit some will power. Lol! Thank God for small favors, right? I’m still shopping but like you, have limited myself and plus, I’ve worked so hard cleaning out that I don’t want to bring a lot back in. See you at the next shoppers anonymous meeting! LOL! 😀
Zappos is good. I used to buy my son skateboarding sneakers back in the day on Zappos when they were hard to find locally. Now Zappos offer all kinds of shoes. I miss FlexPay as a option. I’ve been kind of doing it on eBay lately. I copy the shoes I like on HSN and paste it on eBay and see what comes up. I used to do the same for Amazon. Alot of time the shoes at HSN is selling, you can get brand new at either of those places for way less than what HSN or Zappos is selling. I’m just surprised at the lack of fall fashion on HSN. QVC has already had their fashion day. HSN in past years has usually had at least a slinky fall fashion special value and a boot special value from like Vince camuto or one of the other designers by now. Heck we’re in the middle of August already. Usually by October they’re shoving out the winter stuff.
