Has anyone received the “new” invoice?? No more self sticking return label. You have to cut out the middle , place in the box and then there is a small address at the bottom that you have to cut and paste onto the box. No more sending with postage and insurance paid. You have to pay postage and insurance when you send it. Just a bother!! I won’t be ordering anything else from HSN.
The original message was posted two years ago so obviously this shipping cost thing has been sliding downhill for a while now. I actually find HSN is faster than many places I try to purchase from. I just returned shoes to Apex as they don’t fit, why did I bother. Waiting a month for the refund. HSN usually refunds in that time. They did give me a shipping label but the cost of shipping with any company now days to return an item is on the customer. They take it off your refund. HSN has been doing that for years. I do sometimes order certain garments from Pact Clothing and they will pay shipping both ways in case of a refund (warning: some of their clothes are cut small but their socks are the bomb and their women’s camisoles).
It’s a shame, isn’t it? HSN doesn’t give a hoot about how it treats us, their loyal customers. I have discovered that some vendors have their own web site and offer better sales and Customer Service. It makes sense to buy directly from them and so far, I’ve had no problems or complaints.
Tp quote a 2 year old in my grandson’s day care class…..:::I’m Out I no longer will order from HSN……none of my returns are showing up yet , one of which I had to pay on my own. Now, I have to send a pair of shoes back on my own. I guess I will quit them on my own……Ebay will have lots of HSN, and QVC items much cheaper if you are patient. All this no questions asked and easy returns is no longer exclusive.,

I don’t see my orders and that is where I get lost.
@1nothappy3 select order status once in your account. Scroll through until you see the correct order and click on the order number. It should pull up all your options. This is what is see from a computer. I’m not sure what you’ll see if you are working from a phone or tablet. Regardless, all of the return options and instructions should be found under the order.
I would like to return an item that just isn’t what I thought it would be. HSN does not make returns easy as they say.
I had a document slipped under the address label when it was sent to me.
That document does not have the full return address legible. Trying to follow their website instructions are wrong.
When you locate your item number and look to the right return options is not in the list. Why is it on one page and not where it is supposed to be?
All I need is the full address in Yuma Az. To send this item back.

You can find your return option under your order record, not the direct item number. Go to “my account” , “my orders” find your order number and select it. From there your return options will be found. They will give you the option to print off a return label or give you the return address should you select to use your own method of delivery
Can I return 2 items in one box?
I I have returned as many as 3 items in one box. However, I put a full-page note in the box saying” contains 3 returns”. I haven’t had a problem with it.
I received my Ring peep whole video camera and the thin wire broke. Include was a
2nd flat wire because Ring knew it could and would happen with customers. The
2nd wire broke as well trying to thread it thru the peep whole. Now I have to wait
4 to 5 business days to get a return label because they can’t email me on like all the
other labels I have gotten in the past. I don’t even get an option to do a review on this item

I find that if I call customer service when I need to return an item with a shipping label like that, they can still override the charges if the item is defective.
I’m sorry for any concern this return label has caused, @marion298. Most of our orders do still include the EZ return label. There are some items that are shipped directly from our partners and they are unable to include our label. It sounds like this might have been one of those items, I apologize.
My return was a pair of shoes going back to HSN. It cost me over $16.00 to ship them back!
I’m wondering if this happened with an electronics invoice. This is exactly what I got when I returned a tracfone – had to return it at my own expense to Texas – not to HSN. Hopefully, this experience is not being applied to all items being returned. It would signal the end for many of us. Hoping a rep will respond to this.
I did receive one invoice that didn’t have a return label but I thought it was for that one item only. I always have my husband or daughter take my HSN returns to UPS. It’s been so easy up until now. If this is the new return policy I will be purchasing nothing or very little from HSN in the future. I guess they want to make it more difficult for us to return items.
If we have to pay for each return I will be combining several into one box to save money. I know HSN prefers that we return items in their original shipping but I will combine instead to save money. However, I think not shopping here is the obvious answer.
