HOW much worse could this company get, it sends me a blouse with a missing button . i paid with spendable kash and credit card.. i received the credit card portion back and not the spendable kash.. WHAT??? they told me I cant receive the spendable Kash back it for a one time use.. I TOLD them if they didnt send a DEFECTIVE blouse i wouldnt have returned IT. i finally received the KASH back.. BETTER QC PEOPLE !!!!! been doing business with HSN SINCE 1979,was great never a problem on returns , delivery, merchandise etc .. I never could stand QVC always the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, some things never change… HSN, LIKE MANY OTHER COMPANIES you’re failing your CUSTOMERS…
Posted in Forum: BeautyI was curious if they did anything with ShopNBC/Evine Live/ShopHQ and was shocked to see they still had a website and Isomers has been presented there multiple times this week. Does that mean they were terminated at HSN? It is so confusing because most products are cheapest direct now, but I see some are cheaper on Evine. I do not understand why HSN is most expensive. I thought higher volume orders meant lower prices but maybe the line never gained traction at QVC.
I miss the Florida models and it’s definitely an adjustment getting used to new models. What’s missing for me as a long time customer is the ability to gauge the correct size for me based on models I’ve been watching for many years. Also some of the models would wear mics and give their opinion while modeling which I thought was very refreshing. Not that I expected them to say anything negative. QVC does this with their popular models as well.
I am not sure about HSN but perhaps, as QVC does, repackage articles with tags. I have noticed that sometimes when I have received on “waitlist” from QVC , that the item is repackaged, which tells me it could have been a return from someone else. I do think any return items are repackaged and resent if tags are remaining.

I am fed up with the snail service of the way our returns are handled. I cancelled my card. It took over a month for the package to be returned. Not acceptable. They keep your money as long as they can.

HSN most likely ditched him like they did with Iman and QVC with Isaac Mizrahi and Josie Maran.It’t the Kim Gravel show and the likes of Christie Brinkley,Vivian Fox and Jacklyn Smith channel.Loserville.

Hi đź‘‹ I just checked my 2 orders that never shipped ordered on December 17th. Credit has not posted yet orders still not canceled. The supervisor that I spoke to said it would take 48 hours. That time frame has passed. Should I be contacting my credit card company or QVC headquarters with this problem?
Thanks for the reply. I didn’t realize the total impact. Lesson learned. I’ll try to buy only items that have free shipping if I continue . If I decide don’t want something I will probably donate. So I will be shopping much less on QVC and HSN. I find it hard to believe they need that much money to process or ship items.
What is going on? Vivica Fox, Christie Brinkley and Jacklyn Smith lines are not fashion brands and the Jacklyn Smith line was a rehash of shop NBC and Evine which is now defunct. Where is the magical capsule collections like in the past?Joan Boyce was the bling,Rara Aris RIP was the taste level we remember.Halston,Randolph Duke,Avec de Filles was the fashion. Why not feature Donna Salyers for Fall.Her collection of Outerwear is next level and not showcased on QVC correctly.The shoes are now horrible-Journee is not an inspiring brand and just another cheap dropship manufacturer. Heidi Daus is no longer being utilized correctly.You let Iman go. Anthony is in a state of flux and you know that ain’t right. Posted in Forum: HSN TVI purchased a G by Giuliana crossbody lamb leather bag in multiple colors over the past summer and thought I would add to the collection. I looked into my profile under orders placed, and with the on-air item number that was currently being shown on air, it was nowhere to be found in my order status. Not until I typed in “crossbody” did I find it in my orders. Guess what … it was listed under a different item number that was previously used. SO…. it seems HSN AND QVC makes it a practice to change order numbers to make the customer think that perhaps it was not purchased in the past. (so they cannot find it in their order history). Called CS and received no explanation. Why two item numbers for the exact same product shown six months apart? There is a method to their madness and I think it is for the customer to think that perhaps it was not purchased in the past,….. so they will purchase it again. What other reason could there be?
Yes, shipping charges are outrageous and in California we pay almost a dollar in tax for every $10 of merchandise… I’m done with HSN and QVC
