I am right in line with the rest of you. I am a mature lady who always dressed stylishly in well fitting clothes, not tent dresses or baggy shapeless clothing that is unflattering. There was a time my entire wardrobe came from HSN. I sew, so my criteria was if it was cheaper on HSN than I could make it myself with the escalating costs of good fabric and notions I would buy it. I too remember Maggie Sweet, Slinky, Carolyn Strauss, Terry Lewis (I still have her mink coat , a beautiful caramel colored leather coat with removable fur collar and several leather jackets and of course the incredible Randolph Duke. Because I sew, I appreciated the attention to detail in his clothing. One of his jean jackets I own had all the princess seams accented with closure hooks, Another had all the seams bound in seam binding to prevent freying. Such attention to detail was unheard of in ready-to-wear. I still have most of these clothes and they remain timeless and beautiful. I don’t even look at fashion any HSN. I always thought QVC clothes were for old ladies, so I never ordered much clothing fom that channel, mostly household items and their prices were always much higher than HSN which was a determining factor. If I hadn’t started card crafting recently, I would be spending very little money with HSN. Now with the transition from Florida to Pennsylvania the crafting seems to be falling off, too. I will be saving tons of money in the future if that is the case. Sadly we may be seeing the end of our best online shopping merchant.
With some of the hosts and designers, they say what size they are wearing and what they say seems to be a falsehood. Meaning they appear to wear a bigger size in reality. Sometimes the clothing is skin tight and not really attractive. You see this on QVC also. It is hard for me to know what size to order but I am getting better at examining the fit in the presentation and being careful to think first. That means I order way less.
I started watching both HSN and QVC about 2018 I think. I really liked the fashions but now it appears every designer makes the same clothing style. All the sequin designs looked the same. And some of the ones I really liked at the beginning are using that cheap polyester fabric where you can see the lumps and bumps even if the host says you can’t.

Customer service said I’m not alone. Poor answer. I wish I could cancel my orders. Why has my credit card been billed the first flex pays? I am really upset. I have been an HSN customer since the tootie days. Ps Qvc orders are being shipped faster. Go figure!

Andrew does not have to constantly “tap himself on the back” and read all star reviews over the air, AT EVERY PRESENTATION OF EVERY PRODUCT HE MAKES. What a waste of airtime and viewer intelligence. NO ONE else on QVC or HSN does that. I feel like I am watching “romper room (dating myself) or on a Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood how.
It is HSN’s fault and only their fault if there are not sizing charts available for G’s merchandise. G is saying her size because she is trying to be informative. It is the HOSTS JOB to let you know what sizes they are wearing and the models not G’s.
HSN needs to take lessons from QVC as far as having all sizes in everything meaning SIZES FOR Tall, Petites and Regulars and all models in all sizes SHORT & TALL AND REGULAR but HSN REFUSES TO GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS EXCEPT FOR A FEW CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY ASK FOR OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
THEY NEED TO BE MORE INFORMATIVE AND THEY NEED MORE INTELLIGENT HOSTS.
QVC LISTENS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS NOT THE VENDORS WHO SELL ON THEIR SHOW IF YOU WANT TO BE A REGULAR SELLER ON QVC YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS OR YOU WILL NOT BE SELLING ON QVC. HSN IS JUST THE OPPOSITE THEY CATER TO THIER VENDORS NOT THE CUSTOMER.
Yes these forums exist and its great. I guess I miss “the way they were”. I still watch HSN & QVC but now its less spending and who doesn’t want to save $$$. So hi ho off I go to see what Shawn is up to.
These community forums exist to share opinions and ask questions. For me, I may not buy any longer but watching HSN and QVC in the background is at least more interesting than news or reruns of an old sitcom.
Just as you say those of us who choose to converse with our opinions, you also do not have to read the comments on the message board if the content bothers you.
OK ladies, It is time to stop bashing HSN or QVC and criticizing any of the hosts. Shut off your TV and drive the to the mall , Walmart, Target or any local business that you can support.
No one is forcing you to shop at HSN or QVC. or to watch it. I am so grateful that those 2 options exist. It has made my life easier.
omg I thought it was me. Have watched HSN for 25+ years. Bought so many cute items from their Halloween & Christmas for years but 2025 was just August & Leo. Sometimes I watched HSN i/o QVC, I enjoyed the hosts Guy Amy, Valerie, everyone and enjoyed. Even VPHill didnt have anything I wanted to buy. in 2025. This was a big first for me. Its so sad. I also miss ShopHQ. My home shpping era is coming to a close Im afraid.😫
the move had nothing to do w/this stupidness by marketing dept. i’ve seen QVC do that stuff too.

My husband and I thought Sonya was the best model on HSN Florida. Her tall, slender/athletic body never looked bad in any outfit she ever presented, but for some reason Kenya seemed to get all the glory. Maybe Kenya will eventually move to Pennsylvania if HSN pays her enough!
She was (and still is) a good model but no one is so good I would gush over them. The new models who are on HSN now are fine with me. I rarely purchase clothes anymore anyway. They are too expensive on HSN or QVC.
Yes well one apparently has to be using the HSN app which I can on my cell phone via Chrome. I wanted to use my desktop computer with the bigger screen via Chrome. I can’t see any HSN reviews using my desktop Chrome browser but can in QVC. Go figure. Clearing the cache and browsing history does nothing. I do not want to use a different browser as I like Chrome. Probably HSN’s IT’s doing. My opinion.
This website is ridicules. I have tried to check out on 3 different devices and have gotten an error message. I have tried using 2 different payment methods as well. I don’t have any problems on the QVC site.
