I ordered an item on my phone for the first time and I guess there was an old address in there so it was used and as soon as I realized it I did a chat box with HSN and Susan told me it was my fault and I still had to pay the $80 and not receive my item. So I called UPS who was very helpful and told me to call not chat with a rep at HSN and tell them what they had to do to resolve the issue. Sad that someone else has to do their job. But what I can tell you is when I called back and spoke with Stephanie she was very helpful and did partly resolve the issue, I have to wait till the item is delivered to wrong address before we can go any further.
I don’t know who is doing this on HSN, but there is a female host on QVC that does it all the time and I don’t like it and find it unprofessional. The hosts know what they are presenting in advance of the presentation and they should order it before they go on camera. HSN uses the scare tactic of hurrying up and order, about to run out and you can get up the next morning and they still have plenty. lol.

Posted in Forum: HSN TVI am so dissapointed that Jeniffer Stallone left HSN and in her words, “When you are surrounded by so much kindness from everyone it makes me feel like my products are appreciated “! She loves where she’s at and to think I applied for a card just because of her products. Hope there’s changes at HSN, because loosing Jennifer Stallone is one of the reasons their merging. GET HER BACK, HSN.. With respect to the suits, you up big time by loosing her. Use your Heart and stop thinking with your wallet. Money isn’t everything!

QVC does not own HSN. QVC did not buy HSN. Both QVC and HSN are owned by Qurate Retail Group.
buyme72 ITA with everything you said, except that this was not a merger. Q bought H. I feared that would be bad news and from this customer’s point of view, it is.
UGH I hate the Q-ish things we now see on HSN, like the silly choreography that the style models go through in the clothing shows, or their turning product shows into “personality” shows, like cooking or whatever with Shannon (are they making her into a personality doofus too, like David?) or beauty report with so-and-so, etc. etc. I fully expect them to start limiting shoe sizes so I will no longer have an option to by shoes at HSN. (Thank heaven for Zappos) …Q is so into just selling to the biggest profit point, which eliminates ages, sizes, other extremes. They are imposing their system on something I appreciated for NOT being QVC. IMO
Andrew’s products were the one thing I didn’t want them to touch. He is a very wealthy man, due to his good business sense which, although admittedly I envy a bit, I would not deny him, but it is the Q factor that makes me wonder about the changes you have mentioned, not my dear Andrew! But you may be right, it may be Andrew. Or it may be Q imposing their thing. Bottom line is that I agree with and share your frustration.

I think the stevia confusion began because the TS includes the new Sucrose packets. I emailed HSN customer service and they mentioned they had read there was sucrose (which is like sttevia) included in the TS – but it’s not in Secure. I then checked the ingredients and found that almost half the calories in Secure come from carbs (sugars). The second ingredient listed is Fructose, then Vegetable Creamer, then Artificial Flavor; further down the list is Sucralose (Sjplenda). I agree with Andrew that Secure tastes good and I seem to have become addicted to my morning shake so I am going to once again order my 300 shakes and accept the fact that I am adding 30 carb calories to my day. Chances are that if those 8 carb grams were removed, Secure would be healthier but not enjoyable.

@tlc66, I’m very sorry to see this. Our holiday returns didn’t start until 10/1. If this is regarding the jacket that was ordered through HSN.com, I should be able to make an exception so you can return it. You would be responsible for any return shipping cost and the refund would be issued in Spendable Ka$h. Please let me know if this is the correct item and if this resolution will work for you.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI made sure to ask before purchasing a gift for my son. Was told that I could return until end of January. I bought this the end of September and tried to return but was refused by HSN. When I called customer service the woman was very rude and kept saying that the holiday return policy didn’t start until Oct. 1st. This is not the first time a customer service rep has been rude and not helpful. I have been buying from them for many, many years and after this last incident will cancel my HSN credit card and never purchase from them again. I even told the rep that I was canceling my account and she didn’t even try to see if there was something she could do to help me out and get me to change my mind. I guess HSN really does not care about customer satisfaction.
Posted in Forum: Kitchen & FoodOf all the cookware I have ever bought and I am a pretty old bunny…Command Performance was and is still the best. I purchased everything and after 20 years the toaster finally kicked the bucket. All my cookware is still in fantastic shape and the buffet set is still functioning just fine. I gave these to my daughter in law and they are the best. I don’t know what happened to the company that made these….but they are simply the best ever. I bought these over twenty five years ago on HSN and they are as pretty and functional as the day they arrived. Thank you HSN. You did your homework.

I doubt this post will ever be posted but I cannot watch Colleen Lopez tell the viewership about the humane production of the products being offered.If anyone doubts this, check it out. They have actual “dog farms” raising dogs for human consumption. I know it’s not just South Korea who eat dogs (and cats)in Asia, however, this just hit me all wrong had to post this.

As I stated, I spoke directly with his office. I also buy my products directly from his website. This decision is his alone and has nothing to do with “new ownership” (which I think you mean now that QVC and HSN have merged)? Besides, Andrew is the #1 selling product line on HSN, so believe me “they” do not dictate to “him”. Anyway, just very disappointed that products which are already very pricey (even though quite good) are now even further out of reach for seniors on limited fixed incomes.
