Hello C.S.,
I changed my shipping address for both my HSN card and account back in October, 2019. I have received several orders since then with no problems. On 1/10/2020 an autoshipment of 2 items were shipped out and HSN_Jordan, was kind enough to waive both labels for return because I tried cancelling them on the 10th but they were already ordered and in packaging on 1/10/2020. Unfortunately, after all that they were mailed and delivered to the old address. Which happens to be currently out of the state for me.
If you would please advise me of what I can do to resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I don’t care for celebrities lending their names to a brand and selling items for $$$$$. Over the years, HSN and QVC have dropped true designers for celebrities and I for one don’t like it.
The trend for home shopping networks is for leisure and casual wear, some of us do like to dress up or are looking for dress slacks, skirts, dresses, etc. to wear to work, church, etc.
Also, the shoe choices shown on-air are frumpy. You have to look online for a better selection but that’s limited too.

I need a price Adjustment 2 items I had order is offering free shipping and I was charge for shipping it has not been past the 30 days and only would like my refund put back to my HSN card. It was for Item 661-300 and item 613-901 I would greatly appreciate it.

I couldn’t agree more. I used to buy so much clothing from HSN, and now I only purchase G by Giuliana stuff.
Oh well—it’s saving me a boatload of cash!

The clothes are all the same, more expensive and much less quality. I had a closet full of Marla’s clothes AND Vince Camuto clothes and shoes. I cannot get intd. in any of the designers anymore. The fashions are so expensive, all made in china and of poor quality. Susan Graver: Always the same clothes. Boring. I’m old but I want to look decent and up to date. Even my favorite person, Izaac. What is going on? Am I the only who feels betrayed by HSN (esp) and QVC? Makes me sad but I am relieved I can always turn to websites which offer so much more.

~ I kindly – implore all of you who love and respect animals to please, please, take a minute and write a letter to Mr. Mike George the President and CEO of Qurate Retail Inc – they own HSN and QVC. We can’t email him, but his very kind assistant, D. J. Mitchell, told me in a phone conversation that we need to send letters by regular mail, addressed to –

Mail Code 219, D. J. MitchellThe envelopes need to be addressed that way so D. J. will receive them and give them to Mr. George. Otherwise it will not reach him directly.
Posting on the community forum is great, but if we can get as many caring people as possible to write and send letters, that will get results in stopping HSN and QVC from supporting products from countries that are so abominably cruel to animals.
In our wonderful country it’s rather difficult to fully realize the abject cruelties that dogs, cats, and other animals are subjected to in other parts of the world.
It’s horrible that HSN has discontinued Serious Skin Care, Elysee, and other co’s but are “supporting and spotlighting” South Korean products. The vendors and hosts will blather on endlessly about how the SK government has outlawed animal testing – they still do animal testing – and torture animals – they want our money and are playing us for fools. Well, we’re not fools.
The people in Korea and other countries who are fighting against these monstrous cruelties can use our help. And writing and mailing a letter to Mr. George is an easy simple act, but can make a difference.
The letter can be short, but graphic to get our point across – such as –
( Dear Mr. George,
As a good customer to both QVC and HSN, I along with many others will boycott both shopping networks because we can not and will not tolerate the selling of products from countries, like South Korea, that commonly practice the most abhorrently cruel treatment of animals. They raise dogs in the most deplorable conditions and maim them, inflicting horrendous unbearably painful injuries on those innocent, intelligent, animals before they mercilessly slaughter them, then eat them. Cats, and domestic livestock are treated no differently.Their treatment of children, who are born less than perfect, or poverty stricken is quite appalling.
There are people fighting such unspeakable cruelties, and we can help them by doing our part and not supporting products from countries, like South Korea, that commonly practice such monstrous, barbaric, inhumane acts.

Thanks for your post in defense of animals who are tortured and eaten in South Korea.
Again, I see HSN doesn’t read these posts as yesterdays’ programming included “SOUTH KOREAN BEAUTY PRODUCTS”. And again, were informed by Shannon, the host, that animal testing is outlawed in SK. I would have rolled on the floor with laughter if it weren’t so hideous.
What I don’t understand, however, is there are just a few posts here and where are all the dog and cat lovers who must be watching these presentations.? Come on people. Tell HSN you won’t support any product that is produced in “dog-eating” countries. With ALL the skincare lines available why do they have to support these?
I wish I could be selected for call-in testimonial and ask them if after a great sale at HSN do they all go out for dinner and have Golden Retriever steaks and some puppy pudding. Sound awful?

I haven’t seen the $25 gift card since the new company took over HSN. I won $25 gift card a long time ago and never won anything again.

ArcadeLover I noticed that they didn’t have the coming to hsn preview on their website also. i was very disappointed because while I have a face book account, I don’t really want to sit through the long videos( no matter how entertaining and informative) just to see what’s going to be on.
The program guide shows Crafter’s Companion will be on at midnight. Does anyone have any ideas what the Today’s Special might be? Crafters Companion used to show items on the Coming to HSN page on their website. I guess they have everything on Facebook now, but I’m not…

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI ordered two Apple AirPods on flex pay January 7th. Obviously— Denied. Fine. My credit was not eligible for flex pay and I take responsibility; I am not upset that I was denied. My gripe is the same as everyone else…. my debit card was charged 2 times ($39.94 & $44.34) for a total of $84.28. This wouldn’t be a huge deal if I would have used my credit card but debit is a whole different thing. It has been 7 days,I don’t understand why HSN has still not released my funds! I was not this upset going into this weekend since my bank account shows the charges are “pending”. On Friday the 10th When I checked my account, I was cautiously optimistic the situation was rectified. When it was unchanged and showing charges still pending I knew nothing could possibly be fixed until Monday— especially since the date next to the charges on my bank statement was POST DATED for January 13, 2020. So Monday came and went. Nothing. I checked late last night out of my own morbid curiosity, alas! Let down once more only to see the only UPDATE was the DATE changed in next to “pending” to
January 14,2020. Today is that date and I am painfully aware that the next time I check my bank account, throughout the day and night, will show the only thing changed will be the date pending to 1/15/20.
All I F@$&!#G want is my money back.. released OR you guys can keep charging me every month and send the shipment! There’s a thought. My orders are #1639294648 & #1639294649.
