Wow SanibelSheller, you don’t seem to miss an opportunity to blast Colleen Lopez. We get it…you don’t like her. I truly doubt HSN is trying to limit her airtime. I’m sorry you have such a problem with her. I would guess she must be their number one seller. Just let it go…I’m sure you’ll feel so much better.

Even though the description of this as is item plainly states that “standard return policies apply”, turns out to not be the case! Spoke to two different agents. Both confirmed I am stuck with paying shipping BOTH WAYS for this defective product because it was as is! Really HSN? Do you really think folks are willing to gamble on buying pre-returned items when they realize you don’t bother to inspect them before reselling them and that the customer assumes all responsibility for all receiving and return costs??? This is incredibly disappointing. Been shopping with you guys for over 20 years. I’ve spent thousands $$$ buying your products. Guess it’s time to part ways. This is a horrible way to treat your customers!

Please let my bank know to refund my money on the account with the email at **********. It doesn’t make sense for my card to not meet your requirements for my purchase but meet your requirements to take money out of my account.

I agree with you about Heidi’s jewelry. People seem to love it or not. I’m on the not side. It reminds me of what all the senior ladies wear to church every Sunday. I prefer less frill and more natural look of real stones. But the great thing is both are offered to all on HSN. So, buy what you love!
I have never seen Debbie, but I refuse to watch Colleen. Maybe others have similar feelings about watching Colleen as I do. So HSN hopes having Debbie on will get more people to watch the shows, if they have someone to limit Colleen-time on air.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI purchased this product to spot clean my carpets in the most walked on areas and as ling as you can keep the handle inside the brush it works great. Reached out to HSN who advised me to purchase some glue to make the handle stay in the brush. The other option is a $6 refund. My option- I’ll just return it due to the fact that the advertisement is a lie and I shouldn’t have to purchase anything to make it work.

If I shop locally I certainly dont pay shipping charges which is also taxed !! I’m fed-up
I had done business with HSN for years, since the 90’s can’t even imagine the money I spent with them. Same thing happened to me. I was helping out a “friend” down on her luck when she ordered from HSN and did not pay. Did not know she had even done this till I went to order something and could not and then they told me she owed them money and had used my address. I felt very betrayed and felt this absolutely wasn’t right at first. Now just glad of the money I am saving . You can always get these products somewhere. I e-mailed them personally a couple of times telling them how I felt and never got a reply. So long HSN! You lost a great customer.

When I worked for Dayton’s Department Stores (originally Target’s parent company>Dayton’s owned Target), I tried Clinique and quickly discovered I was allergic. I have sensitive skin. Many people I know and worked with, loved Clinique.
A little history: Reorganizations took place. Target became parent company. Then Dayton’s, Hudson’s & Marshall Field’s were all renamed Marshall Field’s. Then Marshall Field’s was sold a couple of times. Eventually the stores were renamed to Macy’s. I miss Dayton’s quality merchandise & customer service. 🙁
I heard Oprah often shopped at the State Street Marshall Field’s. I wonder if she shops at Macy’s.
Posted in Forum: FashionOMG! Iman is coming back in spring of 2020. I saw a post this morning on facebook, hit liked was going to comment, but didn’t have time. I logged into my HSN account just now and I always check the Iman fashion heading first and to my SURPRISE there is Beautiful IMAN with the headline Spring Collection 2020. I am so excited and can’t wait because I know so many people who love her fashions, but Loves her just as much. I just can’t express it enough HSN, IMAN is the real deal when it comes to dressing us to the nines. I have well over 100 items from Iman’s collection, coats, jackets, pants, jeans, blouses, sweaters, jewelry, handbags, etc. I’ve lost count, but when walking out the door you are confident in what you’re wearing from Iman’s Awesome collections. OMG SO HAPPY!!!!!!
Yes I agree. I think the whole thing wasn’t well thought out. I watched it and for the cost and the short amount of time, I felt cheated at not being able to obtain it. I realize there are always “specials” but there are a lot of customers who would buy that alone. Look at the sales of the other Gemini products.
Come on HSN and Crafter Companion, give all the customers a chance.

If the laptop was your 1st order at HSN, they will almost never approve you for an expensive first item on flex pay. As it gets closer to Christmas, more and more of these “denied flexpay” posts will appear. Tip for anyone singing up for an account here, make a couple of non-flexpay orders first, THEN make a flexpay order for an electronic, phone, etc.
Unfortunately HSN and most every other site, doesn’t have a mechanism in place to first evaluate your credit for flexpay THEN place the order. At my CU, the pending hold from HSN falls off after 5 days from my debit card account.
HSN and QVC really need to be transparent as to what their credit requirements are for big ticket items for flexpay. Especially with holiday buying starting.
