There use to be a shopping show that only sold vibrators and other toys. They would have young hosts explaining the functions, the speed settings, battery requirements, and what you could use it for, it was almost like they were presenting a kitchen appliance.
I wonder how the sale pitch would go on HSN, you can use this at church, on a cruise, speaking with your pastor/priest, at the zoo, shopping, etc. We only have 1000 left, and red is very limited, seems red is the most popular, I have one in every color, I bought one for my neighbor, my producer is telling me that there are only 5 left, this is going to be a sell out. We won’t have them in stock until next year. If you are not satisfied you have 30 days to return your item.

@rocknak, I’m sorry to see the trouble you’re having paying your bill. I wish I was able to assist but we don’t have access to your HSN Credit Card account. You’ll need to contact Synchrony Financial at 1-844-889-9676 for assistance. They’re available Sunday-Saturday 7:00am-2:00am ET.

When I try to sign in to my new Synchrony account nothing comes up, just a blank page. Chat doesn’t work, Customer Service is closed and if you pay by phone they charge a fee! What a mess. I’ll just cancel this card if this is what I’ll have to go through!

Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesI purchased Arlo Pro which HSN presented as Arlo Pro 3. I found out it was not Arlo Pro 3 but Arlo Pro. I called to return it but HSN is making me pay $38 shipping fee. I think this is unfair. I will not order anymore high end electronics.
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesDoes anyone else find it ridiculous that a SINGLE LINE ITEM ORDER quantity of 2 bars of soap gets changed to 2 Shipping lines items that pack and ship separately??
Is this is due to a pick-pack-ship policy that HSN uses in their warehouses? If so, we shouldn’t be subjected to this increase in shipping charges and handling. The additional packages and increased number of deliveries cause unnecessary waste.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having difficulties with setting up your account to pay your HSN Credit Card bill, @jd1961. Have you cleared your browser’s cache & cookies then reloaded a new session? Usually that clears up any background issues that may be causing the trouble.

Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesYesterday, the Beekman’s had a TS, on QVC. Bounty box offered with auto-ship. The last time I checked in they were announcing 60,000.00 sold. Today, 24NOV Adrienne announcing about the Aragon oil and baiobon (sp) from Africa. How many times have I heard merchants like Jay King announce various mines closed due to over mining? Recently, some complained about their bounty boxes being extremely delayed from the Beekman’s. Are we over farming the goats? How much goat milk is in a product anyway? We are Gluttons. Consumers…I love beautiful things and I certainly appreciate HSN. I just wish we would be better. We can be better.
I, too, have reduced my viewing time on HSN and Q. Maybe we’ve been customers for too long. I just wish HSN was as it use to be.
About the only things I buy are Andrew Lessman’s products and items that are drastically reduced….and I don’t mean $10 on a $79 item.
Most of all I miss not being about to save taxes when ordering via the internet on HSN. Saved big money before Q took over and they immediately stopped that.
It’s the same ole lingo….buy it for your uncle, buy it for your sister, buy several for your neighbors, buy it for your dead grandma…buy it for everyone JUST BUY IT, da*m it!

The boxes my cordless portable water pics came in are absolutely mangled! I gave never received anything near this bad condition from QVC. You still have a long way to go to reach the QVC quality standard!!

I don’t ordinarily watch HSN but when I have I really don’t care for the way items are presented. No need to raise your voice to crystal shattering volume with me. And the before and after photos with most beauty vendors are ridiculous. Just show me the product, tell me what to expect from using it and with any luck at all it’ll do what I hope it will do. No magic bullet out there girls. I’m finding myself visiting vendor sites and placing orders direct. Most times I get all sorts of samples, etc. included with my order which give me the opportunity to try new things. HSN has changed and I don’t order like I used to.
