I have an account with HSN and have had one for several years. I recently ran into some financial problems due to health. A very good friend of mine let me move in with him to help me out. He went on line today to order something for himself and found his account was blocked! Why????? He called HSN and they asked if someone else lived at his address and he told them yes, they asked for my name and they told him that as soon as I cleared my account, they would unblock his. How the can they hold his account hostage to get payment from me. I will personally shout from every social media about the policy of HSN. I think HSN stands for Home Network.
Amy just said you can’t get Dr Nassif products anywhere except HSN or his CA office. He sells his products on Amazon too

They have a max of $5,000 on flex pay. If that does t apply, it could be your cc. Do you have HSN CC? Never a problem for me.

I have a Tracfone.
My mom has a Tracfone.
My mom’s friend has a Tracfone.All purchased from HSN.
Never had a problem with SIM card expiring.
I had a T-Mobile SIM card expire.
I bought a SIM kit and did not use it for over a year.Anyway, my Tracfones are ones that work on the Verizon network.

i buy something and a few days later it’s free shipping. do i qualify for my shipping to be reduced or not? i have placed an inquiry in the Customer Service section and have received no response. i have seen others inquire and their shipping was reduced to free instead of sending their item back and reordering it. so what gives now?
that and if you give me a coupon for $10 off anything over $10, within certain guidelines, and i try to use it but at checkout it keeps saying it’s “invalid,” then why post it on my account? i had this happen last year at this time and now again.
i have only gotten the $5 off coupon to use once, even when the code states i can use it over and over again.
i try to be positive b/c i know it’s tough to be in retail, but inconsistencies need to be pointed out b/c i am sure i am not the only customer who gets confused and frustrated. when these things happen, i do not buy. i buy for what i need/like and what i can afford.
i hope this thread helps HSN investigate issues customers are raising for a more positive shopping experience.
and bring back Joy and Iman. their energy was bright and addictive. some people complain of abrasive or loud vendors. that just means they are serious and/or passionate about their product. you need different personalities or the channel will become stale and cookie cutter boring.
the other customers are correct about pricing. the new Vintage American is on par with the style at a big box store, but there for much, much less. unless the apparel has super powers, a pant or blouse to lounge in should not be so costly. i bet that line would sell better between $25 -35 a pop and not around $50.
more free shipping days. i bet HSN’s sales spike on those days. there is a reason… people see shipping and handling as another tax. i am going to buy a shirt that can be shipped fairly cheap and if i pay $50 for it, why should i pay shipping in addition? think like your customers…. not like bottom line bosses. b/c $5 gets you to the mall and back, then everything else is free shipping while you’re there. in the online shopping wars, be competitive. unless you have something no one else has… which is rare.

Checked in to see the latest new offerings. I did not see one article of clothing that was “vintage” on the Vintage America show. HSN is suppose to have a long list of new vendors.

The clothes are so expensive now I cannot afford them on both HSN and QVC. Why are all the tops $50 and up? Some of the hosts always say what size they wear. OK so everyone wears an extra small apparently…… Hey its OK to wear a Large! I won’t say names but someone who looks like a Large on Thursday evenings insisting they are a Medium or size 8! Awwww….. I don’t think so.
Food–Really expensive as well. Meatballs for $50 when I can get a couple of packages of good name brand at the grocery store for $8.99/$6.99 each on sale.HSN and QVC ought to be trying harder to market to younger people, but most I know never shop on TV or have never heard of them.

I ordered and have received the Belinda slippers. The color is waaayyy darker than the pictures shown online on HSN and Kohls. There is NO warning label on the Belinda slippers. .
The representative at Muk Lucks stated that the chemical(s) are only applied to their hard sole boots. I wanted to ask her manufacturing questions, but I doubt she can answer them. These slippers were imported. Other countries are more lenient than the US with chemical use and processes of manufacturing. I am not saying the US does not use chemicals because they do all day long, but we have more checks/accountability in manufacturing.
I was a buyer/planner for 13 years. So, my manufacturing experience tells me take them back.

Doesn’t seem fair to do that, we are saving money on the item but paying more in shipping . I hope this is a mistake otherwise it appears as if HSN is really ripping us off. Well, I really like the Hydro-screen. It makes my skin look and feel so much better. Do I wish it cost less?….of course! I only buy it on sale, but I can say that about everything on HSN. And although I do not use the Detox pads, I buy those for my teenage son because they help his acne so much. Honestly, now that Elysee is gone, Dr. Nassif is the only reason I really find the need to shop here.

I’m a first time buyer of hsn and I’m really confused.
No problem, I’m glad I could help with some information 🙂 Much like most HSN members, I too was curious about what would happen with Iman, Joy, and JM products since everything was on clearance. I was able to find bits of information here and there, but was really pleased to see that Iman was returning soon ☺ I too am hoping for more great handbags, clothes, shoes, hats, etc. from her, I get so many compliments everytime I go out wearing one of her pieces, lol.
