My order was cancelled off easy pay about 10 mins after I placed an order. But there was no problem hsn taking $387 out of my account. I want my money back immediately. Please take the hold off my money in my PayPal account. This money I need for Christmas and bills. Money should not be pulled if order is not even shipped yet.
Under the previous ownership we had free games without the interruption of continuous ads. However, I do recall that some websites started charging to play and rather than pay I gave it up and missed some of my favorites. I surmise the ads are giving us free playing time. It’s a great release program after a hard day. I would certainly miss the games if HSN started charging us.
@hsn_krissy Ok, I will just return it, not a huge dea just.lost money for you all—did you fix the other issue? I need the price adjusted to what it was when I PRE-ORDERED it and to NO fault of my own you all sent me the WRONG set of UNSCENTED, not the new MED Vanilla. I should be charged the $39 not $43. Let me know when that is fixed please. Thanks

Hi to you. Miss ya. I think the new owners with HSN did away with the app. You can still sign in through Chrome, Google or if you are using Apple, their browser. Try it whenever you have the time. I know I can get HSN on my cell, so you should be able as well.

If they Facebook live the next presentation, you could also post your question on FB session. Usually the HSN CS staff on FB will respond. Be sure to note in your question that the website description does not indicate it is Bluetooth.

am very disappointed. I tried to order a tablet as a Bday gift fur my daughter using flexpay option… they put a hold for the first payment from my checking account and then cancel the order, It has been 7 days now and I have yet to receive the refund, and have talked to 5 customer service representatives. I called visa and I was advise it has nothing to do with them, it HSN that needs to release the fund. I when to my bank twice and I was given the same information, for confirmacion I when to a local store ( Walmart) I bough and returned something and the flowing morning my money was back in my account. I’m a single father and a disable vet, money its extremely limited for me. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and never intend to shop with this company again and making sure I post this story along with the transcripts of my communications with HSN anywhere and everywhere I can. Terrible, heartl7and abusive company

Hello?? It’s been TWO days without a response? It’s bad enough that I just got the TS that I PRE-ORDERED to be sure I got the new Med Vanilla scent and guess what I received in the mail today? UNSCENTED! I called customer service and got the rudest agent who said well it’s now sold out so you can just send it back for a refund. Excuse me? I made sure I placed my order AHEAD of time to ensure I would receive one and because you all sent the wrong item, I am essentially sol? I was very upset with the way she treated me as I am a customer service manager myself and that is NOT the way to treat a customer who has received something they didn’t actually order. I decided to look online and see and sure enough the Med Vanilla was sold out, but you all still had auto ship available in it, so I knew there were some still available. I decided to call back and I got a really nice lady named Kathy. I asked her if you all could maybe send me one of the auto ship ones since this wasn’t my fault, she said sure. (The first agent should’ve OFFERED that to me!!!! but unfortunately she could care less) I couldn’t use my 6 flex pays that I had used on the single ship b/c it wasn’t an option, but that was okay at least I was going to get the product. She also said she’d credit me $5 for my troubles, which was very nice of her and I appreciate. Little things go a LONG way. After hanging up though I did notice that on my account she didn’t adjust the initial price to be the $39 that was the TS price that day, not $43. So, I need that fixed too please.
Also, this issue with the bonus buy I still need addressed. Tysm Brandi

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceTotal let down with HSN! I order a gift for Christmas and three days later get a message saying order cancelled. They still have my first down payment! If they are not going to let you use Flex pay, they should let you know right away!
