am very disappointed. I tried to order a tablet as a Bday gift fur my daughter using flexpay option… they put a hold for the first payment from my checking account and then cancel the order, It has been 7 days now and I have yet to receive the refund, and have talked to 5 customer service representatives. I called visa and I was advise it has nothing to do with them, it HSN that needs to release the fund. I when to my bank twice and I was given the same information, for confirmacion I when to a local store ( Walmart) I bough and returned something and the flowing morning my money was back in my account. I’m a single father and a disable vet, money its extremely limited for me. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and never intend to shop with this company again and making sure I post this story along with the transcripts of my communications with HSN anywhere and everywhere I can. Terrible, heartl7and abusive company

All of the items ordered on 31 Mar and 1 Apr were not ordered. I simply changed the next shipment date and everything was ordered instead. Second time this has happened. I’m going to have to return all the items. What an inconvenience. We are talking about hundreds of dollars charged to my account that were not authorized by me.

I agree….HSN is turning out to be the worse online vendor. You place an order at 10 pm, and if you want to cancel it the next day, you cannot. Why…HSN changes the status to packaging so that you cannot cancel your order, even though it is days before a label is created and your item ships. Since they came up with this new policy, and no one is aware of it, because I am sure for legal reasons they buried it in some fine print, I will never purchase anything from them ever again. Do they really think that because they take away the option from you, no one is willing to lose the shipping costs to return the item, versus the cost of the item purchased. This is unfair to its customers, and whether or not they do post this response, I will be contacting the BBB, in addition to making a post online where anyone can see it. Because you don’t grow a business while trying to rip your customers off, and that is exactly what HSN is doing!!

Hi @scam777, our process for orders has not changed as our orders have always processed at Midnight ET as the information is sent to the warehouses to fulfill the orders.
