Why does it annoy me when Amy wears LV and Gucci selling HSN products?

During our presentation, we stated that the grill and griddle pan could be used on an induction stove. Unfortunately this model was not designed for use with the induction. You can still use it with all other stovetops.

Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesLast evening I was watching Colleen and Robert Manse of Bali designs. They were so funny I could not stop laughing. Apparently someone on HSN’s FB page said Colleen was not being professional and she read the comment. I thought that person was very rude. I enjoy some laughter while shopping, what a great mix. Why do some people have to be so sour? With all the changes to HSN, last night’s show was a highlight in what is now a very boring shopping channel. I did purchase the lovely watch.
Posted in Forum: FashionI purchased a few “as is” items from HSN. The 1st item was received a few weeks ago was wrong size. Today, the second item had a stain … I kept it because it was very small and I was able to get it out. The 3rd item… was disgusting. It was a DG2 white embroidered tank top. It had been worn, washed and full of embedded stains. I wouldn’t have donated it was … that bad. What a turn off!
I called and spoke to a manager… they are paying for the return charges. Whoopee … Now I have to repkg and go to the post office.
I have ordered “as is” from QVC may times and never received used clothing. I guess I’m cured … I’m done buying “as is”.
I also cannot believe people wear items and return them after they ruin the garment too.

Posted in Forum: JewelryI have tried to keep my mouth shut about Joyce “leaving ” Such a hatchet job HSN has done. They have RAN HER OFF. They started cutting back the jewelry she brought and to make it even more difficult to sell they cut back her days. I saw it as a ridiculous slap in the face to one of their best and most popular designers. HSN is treating people so I expect to see them leaving in droves. I see she is coming back on in October and I am very grateful that I will be able to see her again but honestly if I were her I would have told them that to kiss my arse. This merger with QVC is turning out to be a very ridiculous move. I have watched them one time and their products are inferior and overpriced. HSN was the creme de La Creme and now you are running all of the great designers off. Basically all I ever buy is Joan or Heidi so I’m about done. Hope you guys are satisfied at HSN. You have up a wonderful experience

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI have always paid my HSN bill at Walmart but the new Syncrony bill won’t register on Walmart’s computer. I called Syncrony and they said its not their problem-its a Walmart problem. Has anyone else had this problem? How do you fix it?
