There are more and more of the same commercials as I try to play a few games. Today, it is very nearly–play a game, get a commercial. Play another game, watch another commercial. I think it should possibly be called–Advertisement alley and if you are lucky, we will let you play a game. I play games to unwind and relax and I enjoy them but, I don’t enjoy the commercials and I would just like to have fun. I am more then happy to have the live feed of HSN and what they are selling–that’s fair, but I don’t need or want the rest and I am not having as much fun as I used to because, I don’t get to play like I used to. I think we should be paid to watch these forced commercials—over and over again. Sorry HSN. You aren’t that much fun anymore. I wish it was otherwise. You used to be great—great products, great hosts, fun to watch and fun to play.

I think it is a Huge mistake for HSN.
what happens to all the warranties from ingenious designs on our products we’ve already purchased??
I loved watching Joy..
Yes some of her products I was not happy with..but overall I was pleased..

Posted in Forum: FashionI have to say that i know a great deal about broadcasting and i have been watching Diane Gilman today from the wee hours in the morning on all day in and out. She has cut off, talked over, and monopolized every presentation. The hosts (the three that I have seen) cannot contain her. Diane is even talking the Host’s language, ie Flex pay, price, which is selling best, etc… Someone at HSN please tame her. She is sounding very desperate and unwatchable.
The cookie sheets I bought discolored & one warped after two uses. Did Curtis use this product before he made $$ on it? Not fair to the consumer.
Has anyone had luck w/ replacement from HSN?
Kay Kay228, I agree w/ your statement about Vanessa William’s line. I was excited to see her on thinking there might be hope for HSN’s recent decline in fashion. I thought her clothes looked a little tacky & overpriced. Most of these celebs are overpriced–except IMAN wasn’t.
Bethany Frankel has a $90 “pleather” moto & you can’t get a gorgeous GILI jacket on QVC for $50-$60. Bethany’s presentation was irritating too.
If you can get Joan Boyce’s jewelry on sale, her line is so nice! Total quality & she offers a lifetime warranty which I’m not sure you would ever need to use.
Competitive pricing puleeze! HSN and QVC together are now a huge retailer in competition with Amazon. HSN has the Pentel Slicci Extra Fine Metallic Gel Pens Assorted 8-pack priced at $28.99. Amazon has what looks like the identical set for $10 less.

IT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH IT, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN POSTED. BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN WITH ALOT OF FREE TIME, I LOOK FORWARD TO PLAYING THE GAMES AND ANSWERING THE TRIVIA QUESTIONS. We finally figured it out this morning.
I talked to HSN and that person sent me to Synchrony. The person from Synchrony wanted to
send me back to HSN but had said something about a 3 way call and I said “YESSSSSS Please.”The new person from HSN was wonderful!!! She figured it out. My initial card number for Synchrony ended with the same 4 numbers that the NEW number ended with, and whoever was cancelling the OLD number cancelled the NEW one instead. So I could not make any purchases with that card. I am so glad Synchrony was on with us because they are going to issue a new card to me.
Problem solved.
I had this exact issue. I called HSN and they had my credit listed twice for some reason. they corrected.

I didn’t hear any promotion about this at all on HSN but since QVC started theirs last weekend, I assumed HSN had started too. I called CS and yes indeed – very nice!!

When I try to submit my order it says:
“Order Error” and then states:
Sorry we were not able to process your order .We could not process your order for the following reasons. (It does not give a reason)
We cannot process your order at this time. Please call customer service at 1.800.933.2887 to resolve.”I am no where near my limit. So that is not the problem. I spent over 2 hours on the phone this morning with them and Synchrony to no avail. They don’t know what is happening. I can pay with other forms of payment. I am just curious. I was hoping someone else may have had this issue and had it resolved and you could give me the info to give the person I end up talking to tomorrow.

Agree 100% with the disrupting of ads to load before you can play a game. I use the Arcade to relieve stress and it makes me happy to win some games. Now this is just frustrating. Come on, we don’t need to have the ads here. I am sure many of us buy plenty from HSN and this just seems like a push motive to sell, sell, sell. Please reconsider the ads.
