All to often when a company is bought out by another, most everything about the company that was bought out declines. In this case, the CS, the markdowns, the return policy and original prices. What I miss most is now having to pay tax for items purchased on line. I, too, miss the gold ole HSN. Too bad.

I do not like shopping at the mall, therefore I do a good deal of my shopping on line. But the shipping costs add up way too high. Hope HSN will have more free shipping days. I do purchase a lot of Andrew Lessmans products and he always has specials on his supplements and no shipping costs. Thank you Andrew Lessman!
That’s been happening a lot to me on this particular game. I’m not sure what the protocol is now, but it used to be you could report the time you played and your score to the Arcade Team and they had ways to check and give you your tickets. My impression is that the Arcade Team has been drastically whittled down, so I don’t know if they still do that or not. I think you can contact them through the following link. Just type “no tickets” in the search box. Then choose the “How can I get assistance with the HSN Arcade” article. There are a bunch of hoops to jump through, but at the bottom there’s a link to email them.

Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesI’m a long time QVC and HSN Watcher. The following makes me change the channel, what are your Channel Turners? And usually I forget to come back to what I was watching!
1.I can be enjoying a presentation then they start with the hard sell Limited…Hurry….Now….Price Going Up…Heres the Thing, this price is going away… 5000 sold….Like I care how many are sold! Even with the first presentation at mid night they start with the Limited warnings.2. Thirdly: Vacuum Cleaners and Mops/Cleaning products showing disgusting strange messes. I can’t press the remote fast enough, sometimes I feel sick.
3. When Food Shows are interrupted with non Food products because they have a captive audience, Like QVC David Venable ITKWD show, I hate when they distrub the flow of the show with that: e.g. The Bose Radio/CD presentation that always last 30 to 45 minutes.
I agree! I too play the games to unwind and relieve stress and it helps me get away. It’s ok to have the HSN live feed but the commercials are too much. Please stop them between games. Would really appreciate it. Thank you.
This happened to me at a UPS store in Winter Haven Florida just this week. Two HSN customers are in default, and because I use the same address with a box number that I pay for…I can’t have anything shipped there until these two clear up their issue. I even called the c/s escalation team and got the same answer. Doesn’t seem right.
I remember when we could spin the wheel for a chance to win 20%, 10%, or free shipping.
It was such a pleasant surprise to win. Out of the blue, I found myself shopping for fun.😍
I also remember we would share those codes because they could be used several times or the person did not want the code. 💝
I currently have shoe fever and cannot find any on HSN. They sure have limited shoe vendors. 😭
A lot of their current clearance prices are every day prices, so there is no incentive to purchase.
I just bought a cookie sheet at Tuesday Morning for $10 & it’s much better quality.
Curtis’ cookie sheets/pans are indeed defective. Many reviewers have had the same issues.
Really not right for him & HSN to sell these products to loyal shoppers.

Not sure if you saw Bethenny Frankel but whoa! I might have bought if she would givien the host a chance to descirbe her items. Talked about her “pancake ” over and over. She was all over the place. These ladies need to back off the meds.
As for Daine, cut her a break. The woman has gone through cancer & continues to work. I’m sure she does not feel 100%. I can’t imagine….

One of them is having a problem with their HSN account so I can’t place an order and all auto-ship items are suspended until that person clears up their issue. Shame on you HSN for holding the rest of us hostage just because we have the same address as someone who has a financial issue with you. How unethical and unprofessional.

Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeThere are more and more of the same commercials as I try to play a few games. Today, it is very nearly–play a game, get a commercial. Play another game, watch another commercial. I think it should possibly be called–Advertisement alley and if you are lucky, we will let you play a game. I play games to unwind and relax and I enjoy them but, I don’t enjoy the commercials and I would just like to have fun. I am more then happy to have the live feed of HSN and what they are selling–that’s fair, but I don’t need or want the rest and I am not having as much fun as I used to because, I don’t get to play like I used to. I think we should be paid to watch these forced commercials—over and over again. Sorry HSN. You aren’t that much fun anymore. I wish it was otherwise. You used to be great—great products, great hosts, fun to watch and fun to play.
