CAN'T MAKE A PUCHASE WITH SYNCHRONY CARD.
I am wondering if anyone else is having issues purchasing items on HSN with the HSN Synchrony card?
When I try to submit my order it says:
“Order Error” and then states:
Sorry we were not able to process your order .
We could not process your order for the following reasons. (It does not give a reason)
We cannot process your order at this time. Please call customer service at 1.800.933.2887 to resolve.”
I am no where near my limit. So that is not the problem. I spent over 2 hours on the phone this morning with them and Synchrony to no avail. They don’t know what is happening. I can pay with other forms of payment. I am just curious. I was hoping someone else may have had this issue and had it resolved and you could give me the info to give the person I end up talking to tomorrow.

We finally figured it out this morning.
I talked to HSN and that person sent me to Synchrony. The person from Synchrony wanted to
send me back to HSN but had said something about a 3 way call and I said “YESSSSSS Please.”
The new person from HSN was wonderful!!! She figured it out. My initial card number for Synchrony ended with the same 4 numbers that the NEW number ended with, and whoever was cancelling the OLD number cancelled the NEW one instead. So I could not make any purchases with that card. I am so glad Synchrony was on with us because they are going to issue a new card to me.

I had this exact issue. I called HSN and they had my credit listed twice for some reason. they corrected.
Double check your orders. I get that error but when I checked my orders it had went through
