Hello! I’m a new user here on HSN. For some odd reason, when I attempt to use the flexpay option, it keeps stating I hit the maximum amount of open orders… When I have none. I also lost my NEW20 coupon because of this..
Posted in Forum: HSN TVSince HSN has merged with QVC they have gone downhill drastically. Serious skin care is gone, Joy Mangano is gone, among others. The new hostesses they have , the things they say to sell the product doesn’t even make common sense they say silly things to sell their garbage now the clothes are from P just like QVC I’m going to pay off my credit card and close this account and find somewhere else to shop
I don’t care for this product line at all, I’ve always viewed it as a waste of money based on the ingredients. In addition to SOYBEAN OIL, the #1 ingredient is cyclopentasiloxane. This statement is from a dermatology website: “One of the biggest benefits of cyclopentasiloxane is the lower cost it provides for manufacturers of skin care products. For example, cyclopentasiloxane may be used as a cheap alternative to organic compounds like vegetable glycerin, and its concentrations in skin care items can be more easily varied because it is synthetically manufactured.” I would tell anyone to just stay away from this line, they care more about money than their customers! Shame on HSN for continuing to push such a bad line.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI appreciate and enjoy the games HSN provides for us. I especially enjoy the Outspell game because it is challenging and educational (great for an 82 year-old) but I sincerely believe more tickets should be awarded. The game takes more concentration and time than the usual games. Please give some consideration to this matter. Thank you so much for providing the games, HSN!

Diane and Suzanne are friends ands understand each other. They are both talkers and that’s what happens. It’s not that big a deal for me. When any of the HSN hosts get on my nerves I turn the show off.
Is it a knock off? Who knows…I own the genuine Gucci and my friend owns a knock off…some times you can tell..other times its close…but who cares…what I find maddening and annoying though… when a host is wearing something I like and I’m told its not sold on HSN…why not….makes me wonder….
Suzanne should be known as “Motor Mouth” or “Marathon Mouth.” Take your pick. I have to side with Diane. I wish the hosts would REALIZE that the designers or guests know more about their product than they do so let them take the lead. We are more interested in what the guest has to say than what the hosts have to dribble out. I’m surprised Diane doesn’t insist on having a host on with her other than Motor Mouth. As far as talking over each other, most of us learned at a VERY young age, that if someone is talking, you don’t interrupt. It’s called courtesy. (I doubt that Motor Mouth has ever heard of that word let along what it means.) Suzanne and other hosts don’t care if you are talking. They feel that they are more important than the guest so, of course, what they have to say is important than anything you have to say. If I was in charge of HSN and/or QVC, several of the hosts would be out of a job. Just sayin’

My current average is one item per month. I used to get several deliveries a day, 6 days a week from HSN. 😧
It was a thrill while it lasted. 💋

A couple of things….
You do realize this is a forum of other HSN customers and not the bank? Specifically, I highly doubt that anyone from Synchrony is reading these posts in any official manner. With that in mind, why are you registering so many times? Once you registered and logged in, did you set up your banking information so that you can pay from your bank account? The banking info would not automatically carry over, either.
QVC is already using Synchrony for their card services, which is probably why HSN has shifted over. I would not be surprised to see an eventual merging of brands so that it is a QVC-HSN card.
