Diane and Suzanne are friends ands understand each other. They are both talkers and that’s what happens. It’s not that big a deal for me. When any of the HSN hosts get on my nerves I turn the show off.
Is it a knock off? Who knows…I own the genuine Gucci and my friend owns a knock off…some times you can tell..other times its close…but who cares…what I find maddening and annoying though… when a host is wearing something I like and I’m told its not sold on HSN…why not….makes me wonder….
Suzanne should be known as “Motor Mouth” or “Marathon Mouth.” Take your pick. I have to side with Diane. I wish the hosts would REALIZE that the designers or guests know more about their product than they do so let them take the lead. We are more interested in what the guest has to say than what the hosts have to dribble out. I’m surprised Diane doesn’t insist on having a host on with her other than Motor Mouth. As far as talking over each other, most of us learned at a VERY young age, that if someone is talking, you don’t interrupt. It’s called courtesy. (I doubt that Motor Mouth has ever heard of that word let along what it means.) Suzanne and other hosts don’t care if you are talking. They feel that they are more important than the guest so, of course, what they have to say is important than anything you have to say. If I was in charge of HSN and/or QVC, several of the hosts would be out of a job. Just sayin’

My current average is one item per month. I used to get several deliveries a day, 6 days a week from HSN. 😧

A couple of things….
You do realize this is a forum of other HSN customers and not the bank? Specifically, I highly doubt that anyone from Synchrony is reading these posts in any official manner. With that in mind, why are you registering so many times? Once you registered and logged in, did you set up your banking information so that you can pay from your bank account? The banking info would not automatically carry over, either.
QVC is already using Synchrony for their card services, which is probably why HSN has shifted over. I would not be surprised to see an eventual merging of brands so that it is a QVC-HSN card.
ok, I logged onto hsn.syf.com. Now how do I pay my bill? Ive already signed up over the phone and now can’t get into pay my bill. This is ridiculous. So is qvc going to change to Synchrony bank too at some point? I always pay my bills on time and I’m tired of registering 4 times and still can’t pay my bill. I guess I’ll have to call on the phone every time my hsn bill is due and I can pay all my other bills at once on my bank account. That would be a lot easier, but I hope you make it easier for us paying on time customers to pay our bills.
You’re correct, besides Anthony, Lisa Price and the drain cleaner guy, HSN has steadily gotten rid of their vendors of color or haven’t put them on as much. They bring on people who have careers other than designing to pitch clothing. Many have come and many have failed. Where are the real designers?

I love watching Iman….. so beautiful and classy. Her clothes are classy and quality. And my favorite pair of pants, which I’m close to fitting into again LOL, are Serena Williams. Iman’s line receives consistently excellent customer reviews. It would be foolish of HSN not to have them back. In my opinion, HSN was quickly catching up to and surpassing QVC in every way. While QVC, over the last 2 or three years has declined in quality, consistency, errors in orders, and customer service.

Hi there! I’ve shopped HSN for almost 30 years now. What made you change your mind about ordering? I’m curious. I’ve felt the same way since QVC bought them. Just not the same hosts or products anymore. I feel nervous about the new credit card & bank switch too. It’s sad but I don’t feel like HSN is the same old company that it was. Good luck!
