I’m not able to make a payment on my HSN card since synchrony took over. I called Hsn because I wanted to make my payment by phone since I couldn’t find my card. They said I would be getting a new card & today i received my bill with past due amount and no replacement card.

Posted in Forum: ElectronicsSo I was super excited about ordering my new laptop with HSN, so I went ahead and placed my order and then it was canceled! But HSN took my money. Like I hate this website it is extremely a big inconvenience. Now I have to wait days and days for a refund. Why take someone’s money of the order didn’t ship !!!!!!!!!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE AND OUTRAGEOUS

It’s been almost a month and I haven’t seen hide nor hair of it. Anything that can be done would be so appreciated.

I ordered on August 21st: Jade of Yesteryear Multi-Jade Sterling Silver Bypass Ring 620-775. My order number is: 1606855888. I never received it.
There is a Delivered status on my shipment, but no ring.
How may I resolve this issue? Is there a way to be reimbursed for a potentially stolen item? How does this work?

Not a fan Colleen Lopez, matter of fact I have no particular host that I’m fond or
not fond of. When I’m interested( maybe about twice a year) in buying something I always shop online and I have never ordered during anyone presentations.
Your advice to not have Ms. Lopez host the show did not materialize.Ms.Lopez is hosting at 12 noon this Sunday(9/15)
I agree Miss Lopez is highly i(n my opinion ) overrated.
She bringing in the money, and any request to not have her Host this show any show will go unanswered.
Your opinion does matter, but only to you and a few others.
If HSN dependent on my money they would have been bankrupt long ago.
Well, HSN removed some awful words from my post that are not allowed. P. O. R. N. But it’s ok to run the video apparently. Talk about a disconnect!!

The Arcade is a fun place to waste a little time now and then, and it seems quite enough that we have to “watch” the ads running so frequently ( every three games or so). Some are OK, others are quite tolerable, but tonight there is an AWFUL video LOCKSMITH that is poorly produced, makes no sense at all, has NO continuity, and that poor girl trying so hard to look alluring is a total failure drinking and flopping around. Really HSN? Is the best you can attract? Drivel, awful music, suggestive behavior, young people pretending to be inebriated? If people want music or , or soft or whatever this is trying to imitate… they sure won’t be coming to HSN to get their fix. HSN.. you really have sunk to a new low. Bloody He**? What’s wrong with you?

We are older now and have arthritic fingers so need bigger sizes. Her jewelry never goes out of style. I will no longer be a customer of HSN
Posted in Forum: Kitchen & FoodThis skillet is not good. I used it less then 5 times and it Stopped working last week while i was cooking food. I can’t return because it is past the 30 days. I know there are a lot of bad reviews with the similar or same issues on the hsn site. I bought it when it was a tsv. I regret that I bought this junk. I called the warranty dept and they said it was the probe. I have to send proof of purchase and a picture to them. I did all that and waiting for a reply. Nothing yet, so the waiting begins for a probe replacement.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI just loved the HSN App for tablets and used it nearly all the time to shop and order. The app allowed me to do everything I needed in that format and my tablet screen was much larger than my phone screen, so it was easier to use. I am so disappointed that HSN is no longer supporting this app. Please consider bringing it back. Since it was discontinued, I find myself shopping on Amazon and QVC more because they have tablet apps.
Posted in Forum: Customer Servicebought Copper Fit sneakers from HSN horrible! I called and returned them. It was out of the return period so instead of giving me my money they gave me spendable cash which was fine. I used the kash to buy a pair of Clark’s loafers that looked plastic and I returned them immediately just to find out only after calling (THEY DO NOT TELL YOU /THEY DO HAVE POSTED ANYWHERE!) that HSN would not credit my kash back. So they got both of their items back and I’m out of 70.00 bucks! Way to go HSN! Good way to take your customers money and keep your product to resell! What a rip-off!
