This is the biggest mess I have ever seen. I have spent hours trying to set up our accounts and only 1 is right!!! I think!!!! set up my husbands and it says wrong password!!!! FaireMaiden if you read this would you share with me how to get this done!!!! seems they make it hard for all of us.
Please help us CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Wow! No wonder I’m still having issues. I even tried logging on again this morning and it didn’t work. Thanks for taking the time to post your experience. I did get a hold of a CSR (cust. svc. rep) at Synchrony (their voice recognition system is horrible by the way) and finally pay my bill over the phone at extra NO CHARGE to me. The CSR even tried to log into the same website as me and got the same error, so I feel a little validated. Meanwhile, my BBB complaint was forwarded to the Ohio office of Synchrony and hopefully will get some attention and resolution. Someone in the C-Suite at HSN and Synchrony has dropped the ball here and left the customers floundering.
I hate Synchrony! So many problems with the Q card and TJX. Closed Q card because of fraud on my account. cS is ignorant and refuse to help. The Q is trying to get rid of the HSN brand. Received letter today from Sync stating for online payment via HSN.SYF.com. No such thing! If u call in payment there is a charge. We are all getting ! SYN is not ready for the transition and we have to suffer. I’m done with online shopping and will shop at brick and mortar stores. Cheaper and no shipping charges. Thanks Q and Sync for ruining HSN.
I saw on her face book page that she ‘left’ HSN last December after 20 years and she now produces shows for NPCF…. so I guess she wont be on Hsn any more 🙁 she was a class act!!!

I recently called the number HSN gave me. They asked how much money I make a year. That was all I had to do. They sent me a bill today that had a new number..
I think it is possible now that they are under one bank. From what I have read, HSN losses more money than QVC. I truly hope not. Am enjoying the 20% coupons from HSN. I haven’t shopped QVC this year.

Alas, Tatianna is incorrect. I was told that we don’t have to wait until we get the new cards and, indeed, that is the case. I made a payment to my account at the Synchrony site just today. If you follow my instructions, you will be able to get to the site, register with your existing HSN Account number, and make a payment.
Tried everything to access my account, to pay it online. Even tried to re-register the card on the Synchrony/HSN site. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I Just spoke to Tatianna from Synchrony/HSN (1-844-889-9676) & she advised me that I cannot pay my bill online, until I receive the new credit card, with my new account number. Once received, I must register that new card, create a new user I’d & password & then I can pay it online. Should get the new card by approximately September 7th. Good job HSN, ever hear of communication??🤷🏻♀️
I just called Synchrony Bank looking for the mailing address and got nowhere. Because I make payment through my bank, they contact me with a new HSN account number. I asked Synchrony and again no help.
What a disaster! Synchrony just sent me a letter(9/3) that Comenity should not receive any payments from me as of 2 weeks ago. The most recent bill I got from Comenity said to send payment by 9/10, What? My head is spinning.. So I called Synchrony and asked what to do and was told in so many words ” NOT OUR PROBLEM”. They told me to call Comenity and try to get my money back myself. You call this a bank transition? They even suggested that I might have to sue them to get my money back, Bottom line? I have to pay a great amount of money twice and then try to get the other bank to pay me back. HSN, is this the best you can do? If so I’m shopping elsewhere.
I agree with you guys 100%. I don’t buy anywhere near the amount of items I used to purchase from HSN when their shipping costs got out of control. They used to charge half price shipping for additional items going to the same address, NOT ANYMORE. I think when QVC took over, all that changed. So, I will be happy with keeping my money in my pocket. Also, an over $5 shipping charge for some of their items is ridiculous.

Not a fan of using the browser for HSN. Using the app is so much more convenient. I can see I will be purchasing less, so I guess that is a plus.
Dumb move on HSN’s part. Why take it away? Probably because iPad is imposing a fee or something, but they will lose more sales than if they just stayed with the iPad app.
Seems counterproductive to me……
