Not a fan of using the browser for HSN. Using the app is so much more convenient. I can see I will be purchasing less, so I guess that is a plus.

This new app stinks, it will only show horizontal, not vertical as for an iPhone . I wii be shopping a lot less on HSN that’s for sure. It doesn’t make sense, it worked just fine the way it was.

There is really no need to be upset. Just use a browser to go to HSN.com and you can do everything and more than you could with the app. I never use the app for anything. Good Luck!!
I agree with MamaCK… WHY get rid of the tablet app?! 😡😡😡.
It is MUCH faster to place orders, scroll through items etc.
I’ve used it on my iPad for a long time and have purchased more because of it!
Just another disappointment.
I’ve been a loyal HSN customer for more than 30 years, and in recent months the changes I’ve witnessed all seem to make the consumer experience worse.

I had to register again and I noticed it gave a new number they are out new cards. I’m gonna ride out this storm with HSN. QVC is also topsy turvy
Both look lost. Hopefully they will find their own persona and we can enjoy shopping again. If one sink they both sink.
@oodiebom I agree with your theory. QVC is slowly moving the the better products to QVC, like Andrew Lessman. That way they retain the valued product lines, when HSN is eliminated.
used to be so easy to make a payment just scrolling down I just tried to pay through HSN kept telling me wrong password then put my card number in and it said wrong information so I came here. Thank you FairyMaiden for doing all this.
I sometimes feel that is what QVC wants to happen. They actually bought HSN because it was strong competition for them. I think the owners want to keep QVC and either make HSN a bargain basement or let it go altogether.
Nice work HSN All you care about is taking our money. Not one word about who to contact about maintaining my account. Comenity no longer services it so it was sold to Synchrony bank.
You think an email or snail mail would be nice to notify your customers. Again with Customer NO SERVICE

After paying… it won’t let me log in anymore! VERY UPSET! Just want to pay off this card and then sad to say but BYE BYE HSN FOR GOOD! Posted in Forum: Customer Servicescheduled pmt on my wifes card for 8/27/19 and received pmt scheduled email on 7/29/19. pmt was not applied and now they want to charge me a late charge. i will refuse to pay this. have had hsn acct for years and never have missed a pmt once.
