This is crazy… I have to pay for something you haven’t ship out over 2 weeks… fix this already please take it off my flex pay. I never received this item. And put my money back on my card please.
Posted in Forum: Crafts & SewingI have never been more let down as a crafter than I have with my latest HSN purchase. After watching the latest Crafting on HSN special, I was drawn to purchase what is advertised as the Canon Pixma TS9521C Crafter’s Printer. I’d been eyeing for several months and even tried to win a house party to get one free. Nonetheless in just a few short days what I received was a TS9520 model. Immediate let down. I called and was advised the only difference was that it was black and will still print 12×12 borderless and has the preloaded prints for paper. Ok great BUT who wants to get a new printer that doesn’t include test paper? Certainly not me. Too make matters worse I was bounced back and forth between both Canon and HSN with no answer as to how I could get these missing sample papers. After several days, calls, and chats with a group of friends who were in the same boat as me; I was offered a credit on my account and told to purchase my own paper. Still left with a bad taste in my mouth because whoever this “vendor” is for this printer they have really dropped the ball. If there was going to be a substitution or a modification made to fulfill this product request perhaps this could have been communicated and most certainly someone needs to take ownership of the problem and get it resolved. However, I did finally use the printer and I can tell you…the print quality is amazing! I plan to purchase Canon paper direct and get to printing. The software included has graphics that are a bit dated but the photography class is really nice. I also can’t wait to try some other digital scrapbooking sites and print more paper because again the Canon print quality makes me saw WoW. So overall the purchase is worth it just beware. I was also assured the warranty is still valid.
Please just return my money back to my hsn card. Was supposed to be a gift. A little upset it didn’t ship and put my discount I use back on my card because they shared it between all my items so please make it fair. Thanks.
Oh no. The return shipping labels on the invoice said Plano, Texas. I used the label in each of the packages. I just got an email back from hsn from email and it said it was supposed to go to CA.
What in the world should I do? The return shipping labels were to Plano Texas.It was the eco flow 85 watt solar panel and the eco flow generator with case.

I don’t even know where to start! I ordered yesterday’s special and it was processing but then was canceled. I was so excited to get it home. I even commented on HSN Live and Marlo mentioned my full name on air. I called to speak to a supervisor and the first one would not let me speak. All he did was try to out-talk me and speak OVER me. His name was Julian. I reported him to Mike George, but no response. I then spoke to a very nice supervisor who told me to call thee FlexPay Eligibility Department this morning and that they would reopen my order and work it out so it could be placed. I ordered with my BANK CARD! I called that office this morning and, NOPE, no help. What are they there for and why was I given wrong information! I spoke to a supervisor in THAT department and she did exactly what Julian did. Her name was Sharon. She over talked me and would not let me speak! She was so rude! Both were! I reported all of this to Mike George and no response, no calls. I have left three messages with the Executive Leadership Department and have not received on call from them either!! Left three messages! NO RESPONSE! Then, to top it off, I get an email from these incomplete fools saying I requested a refund for an item I received long ago and they researched and it was received (um, yea, it was) and for me to return it so I would not get billed qgain. I don’t know what is going on with these idiots but I am DONE! I am returning anything coming to me and everything I’ve received in the past 30 days! This company is the worst on the planet and I will not give them another dime. They will eventually crash and burn. I will laugh!!!!
I also just found out Joy Mangano is no longer on HSN. The last time I saw her the host said she wouldn’t be back all summer. So I’ve been checking the schedule every day since the end of summer wondering when she’ll be back. I thought she must be working on a special product for us to be gone so long. I finally googled her for news.
I have to say I’m shocked that HSN decided to let her go. When she first connected with HSN the new owner at that time brought him with her to help reinvent the company, and that’s exactly what she did. She practically rebuilt HSN with her hangers alone. Considering how much she did for HSN, I sincerely thought they would feel more loyalty to her. It bothers me to find out how wrong I was.
At least 90% of my HSN purchases were Joy Mangano products. I just don’t see a reason to tune in anymore.

Posted in Forum: ShoesI am hoping that HSN will be restocking BEARPAW® Megan Suede Wedge Bootie. I have been checking back regularly and while I do see that a color or two have been added, I don’t see any sizes coming up. Do you know if these shoes will be restocked?

Posted in Forum: Crafts & SewingI am so frustrated! I ordered the Crafter’s Companion TS shortly after midnight for the auto ship and Gemini Mini. I was told I got it. Then they sold out. The next day they had ordered some more of that configuration. I could have ordered it then and gotten it. Or I could have gotten the TS on auto ship without the Mini. I would have been glad to do that. But I missed out on that too because I thought I had it from the night before. It showed my order was being processed. Now I get a email that they are out of stock and if they don’t get more in in the next 15 days they will cancel my order! WHAT! That’s not good business! Who is keeping track of the inventory!! I am so mad and there is nothing Customer Service can do about it but say they are sorry. I am going to try to contact Crafter’s Companion and at least tell them what is happening. I am so mad that I am done with HSN and Crafting Day. Back to Create and Craft.
Posted in Forum: HSN TVIs HSN not doing it anymore? It was always like the middle of October,but it’s not mentioned on the programming guide at all. I asked customer service back in September and they said they didn’t have any information on it and recommended other holiday shows coming soon. VERY disappointed if it’s gone,I used to watch it/shop it from beginning to end. ;__;
Posted in Forum: FashionOMG! Iman is coming back in spring of 2020. I saw a post this morning on facebook, hit liked was going to comment, but didn’t have time. I logged into my HSN account just now and I always check the Iman fashion heading first and to my SURPRISE there is Beautiful IMAN with the headline Spring Collection 2020. I am so excited and can’t wait because I know so many people who love her fashions, but Loves her just as much. I just can’t express it enough HSN, IMAN is the real deal when it comes to dressing us to the nines. I have well over 100 items from Iman’s collection, coats, jackets, pants, jeans, blouses, sweaters, jewelry, handbags, etc. I’ve lost count, but when walking out the door you are confident in what you’re wearing from Iman’s Awesome collections. OMG SO HAPPY!!!!!!
