Order mess up

Was wondering if you guys can do anything like a little discount on my item 599-182 order one cup came with no logo on it . It’s a misprint on product. If so I like it put back on my hsn card please. Because in photos it shows it has his logo on both cups.

@duckey56, sorry to see this arrived missing the letters on the second one. I’ve issued a refund of $3 back to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to reflect these funds.
