Beautifully said and I bet you have a gorgeous closet and collection! So you get the box importance and no it is not about starting over with purchasing a plain no name box and glamming it up. Of course that is a complete breeze but in no way has the feel and beauty of the designers boxes. Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesQVC did this with shipping years back. On HSN, you used to be able to purchase multiples of the same item and shipping was reduced. I’m definitely watching less. Good hosts are being replaced by actresses. Thank goodness for EBay, Amazon, and Walmart.com.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI returned a Gabor wig and Hsn deducted $7.50 from my refund. I emailed them about it 2 days ago and didn’t get a reply back. I have noticed their prices go up quite a bit since QVC took them over. Now, when I like something before I buy it, I comp it at Amazon or some other store. I wont be ordering something anymore just to see if I like it unless I’m in love with it. Going broke with Hsn and Qvc returns. Amazon is doing next day shipping and two day shipping and Walmart now too. These online stores have to keep up or start losing customers. They aren’t the only retailers selling these brands. I like Cuddle Duds at Qvc but found out they are sold at Amazon and Kohl’s. So, what’s the advantage to buying online then with high prices and high returns and long ship dates??

I notice when the item reflects only a few , you will get the one of the awful boxes .
I think the items are returns that are sent back without the original packaging .
I recently complain to CS for the first time in years regarding poor shipping and packaging .
Personally, I feel the merger with QVC ruin HSN . QVC customers are awarded many of the perks we ask for in that long suggestion survey. For example a customer can get paid for shopping .
I am very upset many of my favorite vendors are gone. Based on rumors many left due to the contract changes . The vendor would need to sell double to profit . Very sad times . I never dream my favorite shopping channel since my late teens would change in such a drastic way for the worse. I will try to remain a loyal customer if possible . i refuse to purchase rubber waist pants at any age lol .

I called CS . They said sorry and expect me to send back leaked Skinn product in a thin plastic bag for a replacement . My smash earrings are sold out and Joyce will be leaving HSN . 30 YEARS AND ALL I get is a’ SORRY’
i EXPLAIN TO THE LADY I recently had amputation surgery and can’t leave the house or go down my stairs to mail a damage item back . You would think after 30 years of support she would have offer a replacement at no cost . Now I’M worried about the other expensive items i have in packaging . I never complain , but I feel like HSN no longer cares about the customer once the items ships . She had the Authority to offer at least spendable cash after clearing looking at my invoice to determine how the itens where shipped together as a Manager . Feel like she really didn’t care . I need to stop supporting HSN /QVC when the feeling isnt’ mutual .
I agree. He walked in on Kelly Diedring when she was demonstrating the Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker and shocked her and the host when he put his fingers into the vanilla bean ice cream , put them back into his mouth, and back into the ice cream, several times. He preaches about safe cooking practices but doesn’t practice them on the air. HSN should call him out for it, but they probably won’t as long as he brings in the big bucks from his China products.
So…..I checked Ebay and found one of the 3 piece kits I was looking for; it was more than the Elysee site! Back to Elysee I went and ordered my 3 serum set for $159! (With a $5 discount with the points I had earned with the purchase.)
HSN: Do NOT let Elysee go. If you do, there will be no skin care orders from me. (And I spend alot of money on my skin care!)
Thanks to both of you who gave me suggestions. My wallet will be less full this month, but my skin will be very happy!

Sooooo much FUN FOR ALL—those in show AND those watching! Actually went to the HSN/S. Somers ‘Las Vegas Pajama Party’! Even the Hubby had a BLAST! He even wore ‘Playboy Pj’s’ … YEP, SURE DID! I did check the site—and almost fainted when the three 2oz serums I was paying $70 for as a TS on auto-delivery was on “sale” for $150, with a list price of $400! I did, however, see some discounted prices on 2 of the 3 serums in the 1oz size. Grrrrr to HSN if they have discontinued Elysee. (I recently started my husband on the serums, which he loves. Now I am going to have to fight him to get those precious bottles back!) Thanks again for sharing and the update on quick delivery!
I agree its the best cleaner!I thought they might be facing it out so bought like 8 duos on the days they had f/s….Thats when the price was reduced to…I called the ph number on the bottle and the guy said if hsn quits carrying it hopefully (because they own the rights to it )they would sell to someone else so it can come back to the market again..
I noticed the orange scent i have actually smells like a orange cream sickle ice cream and not that strong scent of thyme like the fresh linen
scent smells.Something went wrong i think with many of the bottles like they forgot to add the linen scent or something..Sure hope we can get it in the future!
happened to me too a few years back on hsn or qvc. there was no remedy offered. no one else on computer nor sharing of account. made me furious. quit looking/watching for a year and a half. still makes me mad thinking about it.
Thank you for sharing this. I, too, have been concerned, as I LOVE Elysee. I have 3 kits on autoship, and they keep getting back dated. Now it shows shipping in January, and I have not received anything since spring. I will be very disappointed if HSN has dropped this line. I was worried that something happened to Linda; at least that is not true. Elysee products are true power houses.

They got him off the air wayyyy back due to a substance abuse issue if I recall and he went over to ShopHQ and that failed miserably. We will see how it goes now. Kind of excited to watch. Just a heads up ladies and gents . . .
I received a “notification “ on my iPhone this morning about the Private Sale. Clicked on it and it took me to HsN and the page with about 150 items. Extremely reduced prices, mostly home goods, a few fashion items a far as I could tell. I was scrolling through the items, put a couple in my shopping cart and must have double clicked to go back to shopping and I was taken to the main HSN Page. No way could I get back to the “Private Sale” page, tried searching, nothing. Live chatted with CS & was told they do not have access to those products or emails sent to specific customers. I never received an email, only a notification on my phone. The notification disappeared after I initially clicked on it. So I could not get back to the items to see what else was in this Private Sale. Shipping is not reduced so some of the items may be price at $5.00 but shipping is still $5.50. Don’t need anything that bad to pay more for shipping than the actual item.
