Shipping & Handling & Gray Boxes

The same is true of Jay King items. Not only are they nasty-grey boxes, but the gray boxes all seem to have a darken greasy stains on them. They look like they were dug out of the bottom of a dumpster. Yuck.

I’m surprised HSN hasn’t added jewelry presentation boxes for sale. Pushing them as a must, if you plan to gift any HSN jewelry pieces. How embarrassing to gift in a nasty, greasy, gray box.

I have noticed by the time they add shipping and tax my order goes up at least $10 and thats on items that dont cost a lot . I used to shop more on here because the items would cost less that the store in my town. I didnt mind the wait because I was saving money but it is higher shopping here now plus the wait is almost 2 weeks.
They must have another Buyer because the clothes are plain and made of cheap polyester what happened to wool, cotton, silk and Linen?

Beautifully said and I bet you have a gorgeous closet and collection! So you get the box importance and no it is not about starting over with purchasing a plain no name box and glamming it up. Of course that is a complete breeze but in no way has the feel and beauty of the designers boxes. So I’ve been buying Heidi pieces since she first showed her works of art on HSN fifteen years ago. I store them on shelves in a large walk in closet. Picture seeing the first blue replacement boxes mixed in with the beautiful black/gold boxes. Now we have the gray boxes. Needless to say what was once a beautiful closet looks like a mess. I’ve decided to remove the blue and the gray boxes from the mix and store them separately. The same goes for my Rarities…

While I appreciate getting flex pays I’d rather have the original Heidi boxes so I am buying more and more from Heidi’s website. That’s how strongly I feel about the box issue. Don’t get me started on gift giving the ugly boxes…the only solution is to switch the gift to one of my Heidi boxes for presentation. Not making me happy.

I notice when the item reflects only a few , you will get the one of the awful boxes .

I think the items are returns that are sent back without the original packaging .

I recently complain to CS for the first time in years regarding poor shipping and packaging .

Personally, I feel the merger with QVC ruin HSN . QVC customers are awarded many of the perks we ask for in that long suggestion survey. For example a customer can get paid for shopping .

I am very upset many of my favorite vendors are gone. Based on rumors many left due to the contract changes . The vendor would need to sell double to profit . Very sad times . I never dream my favorite shopping channel since my late teens would change in such a drastic way for the worse. I will try to remain a loyal customer if possible . i refuse to purchase rubber waist pants at any age lol .

I cant stand those smudged gray boxes with a big-o HSN on them .

Don’t even get me started on those nasty grey boxes… and to the person in my earlier discussion on the matter that said she would just by new boxes…. first of all I am perfectly capable of making a gift look beautiful in any case! If you order from a specific designer you would like their original box for presentation and future storage in the name of elegance. Geez!
