Please just return my money back to my hsn card. Was supposed to be a gift. A little upset it didn’t ship and put my discount I use back on my card because they shared it between all my items so please make it fair. Thanks.

Daniel, I am so sorry you have not received the NFL- INDIANAPOLIS COLTS MAGMA speaker yet. I see it has been sent to the warehouse and is preparing to ship. I understand you were supposed to receive it by today.

I have 2 options, I can create an exchange so that you will receive a replacement order or, we can issue a refund as you requested? Since, the original order was expected to be received by today, we have to wait until tomorrow to get started on these options for you. Please let us know what you prefer.
