How do I play Today’s Special Jigsaw Puzzle? I can’t find it anywhere and yet people have won prizes playing it!

Honestly I play the Arcade games just for enjoyment, never expecting to win a prize. I do feel badly for you gals who did win, but never got your rewards. Yes, what has happened to HSN and their lack of customer service and promises to give the prizes to those who deserve them??Very sad, indeed.

I’ve won a prize four times now. I’ve received three prizes so far. The was no significant problem getting my prizes delivered to me until after the QVC take-over of HSN. I was announced as the Perlier Royal Elixer Seven Day Treatment prize winner on July 8, 2021. Dishonoring the games’ rules often casts HSN, QVC, and their vendors in a very shady light.

Thank you HSN for the Nutribullet Pro Series 1000-watt Personal Blender. I can’t wait to try some new refreshing recipes! Yes, people really do win the prizes for points earned playing HSN Arcade Games. I really enjoy Mahjong!

I have been playing since HSN started the games and the tickets. I have won a couple of things over the years. This year, I won 2 prizes. One was received about a month later. The second prize I never received. I emailed several times, chatted on line, got a different email address and still have heard nothing. I would really like the prize so I can use it now in summer while the weather is the hottest. I guess I just wait. Thanks,

Thanks for your post as I agree with you. It is a drain to read all the whining about being unhappy with free albeit possibly demo’d or modeled or even late to receive stuff on occasion. If a person is not happy with playing the games (when they work) or the prizes (they can choose from), they’re thinking about it wrong. lol. Seriously, if you come from a place of abundance instead of what you do not have, HSN, just like the rest of your life, it is a lot more enjoyable. ….. now lets get back to having some fun!

I have a couple of points in regard to cynsterwytche’s comments. (1) I did not say the prizes were used. I said I thought they were part of on-air displays and therefore out of their original packaging. I do not know this for a fact; it is just a supposition. The two items I’ve received thus far were not in their original packaging but were obviously unused. (2) When you play the lottery, you buy a ticket. You pay to play, and if i was told I had won, I would definitely follow up if I did not receive my winnings. However, with the HSN lottery, you do not pay a cent. It literally costs you nothing except your time, and hopefully you are having fun while playing the games. If, for example, I don’t ever receive my third prize, I will inquire after it as I did get a confirmation email. However, if I never receive it, I will in fact say “oh well” because there was no investment on my part, not even the cost of a stamp.
I wonder how it is that you know you won a prize if you didn’t get a confirmation email. Did you only see your ID on the list of winners? If so, maybe your confirmation email went into your spam folder. HSN’s FAQ’s state that the winners list on the website is not updated, so if you don’t respond to their address confirmation request in time, “your” prize will go into a second drawing but your ID will still be displayed as the winner.. If you want a confirmed list of winners, you have to ask for a mail-in list. It is very possible that you have already addressed this in an earlier message, but I have not tried to access all your posts. And I don’t mean to be ugly or condescending. I am offering up this information as much for newbies as for you.

I have won and received several prizes from playing the games. I love the games however I sincerely admit several problems with the games now but am confident problems will be fixed, don’t know when but hoping soon since I love playing everyday. I love this site and wish players would stop complaining and try to enjoy, there are other sites that offer games to play, if not happy here try them.

TRIVIA has not worked for the last four weeks.

I think it’s time to give up and says good bye to our Friday night Trivia. The Arcade “Team” was either fired or are on an extended leave of absence. The best we can do is to enjoy a few games and forget the rest. People aren’t even getting their prizes, so the tickets are basically worthless. Don’t be surprised if the entire Arcade vanishes too. If that happens, there are other places on the Internet that provide games.

HSN is my home page. I come here to play games and end up buying products. Without the games, I’ll go somewhere else and find a new home page.

I will miss the Friday Night Trivia, but nothing lasts forever.

I posted earlier this week that I think the arcade will be phased out. The way they are doing this, however, is awful. Not responding when games aren’t working, prizes seldom awarded, no trivia, etc. Whoever is responsible for this is doing a pitiful job, as it looks so bad on the company.

I think HSN isn’t addressing any of these issues (prizes not awarded, games not working, fri. night trivia stopped, etc.) because the arcade is about to be a thing of the past. However, this is not the way to phase it out. Don’t understand management’s logic, such a blatant way of saying they really don’t care . . . . makes whoever is “in charge” look bad & the company even worse.

I reported this last year and never was able to play it again. After the first round, it freezes and does not continue. I have tried numerous “fixes” but to no avail. I wish they would fix this game ( and the crossword puzzle game) as I cannot compete for prizes. It is becoming a useless effort. I see that many many others have the same problem. If HSN does not have the ability to do simple fixes, then perhaps you should take those games off the selections!!!!

I am getting frustrated with the gaming here also. I have never won and play everyday and have gotten some high scores. Ones that say I could win that 250$ and never have won. I think it is all just a scam to get our info from all the advertisers anyway. Would love to hear from some of the so called winners and see how they went about getting their prizes. I enter with my ticket winnings but don’t really expect to ever win., I just do it as I like to play the games. So I am considering just for fun anymore and I NEVER click on any of the ads or watch them if I can help it. lol….have fun everyone. Ya just never know!!

I had also won a prize back on November 23rd (actually my son’s birthday), and I received my prize on February 22nd. Did it take a long time? Yes. Am I glad I finally got my prize? Absolutely.

Everyone is working in new environments and no doubt with much more stress. Would me complaining about not getting my prize have helped? No. I did notify the prize fulfillment team and let it go. I have trouble off and on with the games, and on those days I play different games. There are way too many other things going on to stress me out without focusing about games and prizes.

And I would like to thank HSN and their employees for the opportunity to play and win the games. And for giving me my prize. Thanks for listening.
