I cannot even imagine the mathematical possibilities that were in place for Lulu_1 to have won two prizes on 2/11/21.
How are the names chosen??
This is from someone who has entered games every week for decades and won twice. Decades..twice. And I have nearly 1 million points.

I too have been playing for years. also have sent new customers to hsn and got them to play arcade. seems same people keep winning. I wonder if I am even in the drawing?. pkingrocks and smelly socks? I wish the best to all. playing these games is fun. winning makes you happy. come on hsn put more items for more people to win.

I have nearly 2 million points and have never won anything and have entered and played for many years also. Hopefully, our day will come soon.

I am getting frustrated with the gaming here also. I have never won and play everyday and have gotten some high scores. Ones that say I could win that 250$ and never have won. I think it is all just a scam to get our info from all the advertisers anyway. Would love to hear from some of the so called winners and see how they went about getting their prizes. I enter with my ticket winnings but don’t really expect to ever win., I just do it as I like to play the games. So I am considering just for fun anymore and I NEVER click on any of the ads or watch them if I can help it. lol….have fun everyone. Ya just never know!!

gingerbread, you are listed on that date with 2 separate prizes! Is there a way to attach screen shots here? I can show you because I started taking screen shots, and I’m absolutely happy to share.
There’s something wrong with this system where the same people are listed, and multiple people reporting they never receive their winnings.

I also was a “WINNER” but never received my prize. I got 2 emails requesting confirmation of my mailing address and phone number for deliver,=y, BUT NEVER GOT MY PRIZE. I even asked when could I expect delivery when i answered their email – and guess what.. no reply.
I guess it doesn’t pay to spend time trying to win, because when you do;;; NO PRIZE is delivered.
When will HSN realize it is hurting business, unless they don’t care. I haven’t bought anything lately except for Andrew Lessman Vitamins, but now will order direct from him and not through HSN. Why give business to a company that doesn’t do what it says.PS: I have never won a prize in many, many years (10+) of playing games. I though I was due to win after so long a time, but then again, WON and NO PRIZE delivered.

I remember last year a person won 3 items in one week. I’m sure the ones who’ve been playing for a while will remember. Also, same people kept winning week after week. I thought the rules stated a person couldn’t win multiple prizes . . . Only 1, to be fair to everyone playing. I won a prize in 2019 but NEVER received it. Confirmed my address, but never received it. I don’t think I’m alone, several people have complained that they, also, never received their prize. Very disappointing.

And now Sumei won on Feb 11 AND Feb 25. There is a clear pattern where the SAME PEOPLE win multiple times. The odds are ridiculously astronomical.

This is actually happening with some frequency: the same winner. I started taking screen shots in Oct 2020 because I kept seeing double-winners. I think there is likely a problem with their algorithm because given the thousands that play and enter, the odds are ridiculously low that repeatedly we’d have the same person winning back-to-back. Let me look some of them up:

Samira won the week of Nov 12, 2020 and Oct 15, 2020
drae305 won Oct 15, 2020 and just this week as wellThere are more, but try to calculate the number of people entering, the number of games, and the number of entries, and that you get repeated winners happening more than, say once per year, but about every month, and even in the same week?! Wow!

EXCUSE ME, I am Gingerbread 13 and DID NOT win on that date that I am aware of – no notification, no prize! I won about 8-9 years ago when I first started playing and did receive a wonderful prize, but NOTHING since! I don’t know what is going on with this website, but I have a lot of trouble receiving tickets on the 2 games I play most, and games freezing up, SLOW AS MOLASSES, and access to the website is non-existent several times a day – FRUSTRATING to say the least.

Gingerbread, I cannot figure out a way to attach a screen shot here, but it is true. You won both the prizes I listed on the date I listed. I recommend you contact customer service, chat, even start a new thread asking an Admin here about your prices.
