HSN ARCADE TOTAL RIP OFF! SO NOW IT'S BEEN A YEAR SINCE I WON AND STILL NO PRIZE
I have contacted the arcade/prize fullfilment department numerous times. Lots of promises no delivery. I complained about six months ago and threatened to turn them in to the states attorney generals office and the heads of HSN and QVC. For which I received a snarky little message about how they where behind and I was basically being unreasonable. So I thought okay maybe I am, with the pandemic and all. So I sat back and waited and waited. Six months later… STILL WAITING. Am I being unreasonable now? How many others has this happened to?

Hi Miss KItty, I too have been playing for almost two years and still no prizes won. In the past I used to win about one prize every two years. That kept me coming back for more. It was fun, exciting, and rewarding. Also, Spin To Win’s top prize used to be 1000 tickets. It is now only 500 tickets. This is beginning to feel neither fun nor rewarding. I am giving HSN until the new year. Please bring back 1000 tickets for spin to win. Please bring back your best Christmas games. Please make it worth our time, and give us to points instead of frozen screens.
Honestly I play the Arcade games just for enjoyment, never expecting to win a prize. I do feel badly for you gals who did win, but never got your rewards. Yes, what has happened to HSN and their lack of customer service and promises to give the prizes to those who deserve them??Very sad, indeed.
I am new to Community and from what I have seen in resent months, HSN is not the HSN of old. Arcade is a total joke, getting BLACK SCREENS with no tickets awarded, fast clocks while playing, slow responses and clicking on games and others pop up and on and on. Have even emailed but they do not respond. Calling is a waste of time so really nothing will get corrected. They could care less because their object is to shaft us as long as they get their $$$$. 👎👎 So sad once a great company now a joke.
Right there with you. I won a floor scrubber in February and have only received lip service for my effort. Including from other players who think I should just go away and forget about it. I wonder if they would feel the same if they won? No faith in this company whatsoever. Even the customer service thread is full of product and (lack of) service complaints. Not wasting my money here. When the arcade goes so will I. And it’s going faster and faster every day.
One thing that puzzles me. There are people who come in and say they are receiving their prizes right away while the rest of us never do. Suspicious. I think they’re employees trying to throw us off the scent.
I’ve won a prize four times now. I’ve received three prizes so far. The was no significant problem getting my prizes delivered to me until after the QVC take-over of HSN. I was announced as the Perlier Royal Elixer Seven Day Treatment prize winner on July 8, 2021. Dishonoring the games’ rules often casts HSN, QVC, and their vendors in a very shady light.
