HSN website problems playing Arcade games

I have a individual who controls the mahjong dimensions game who is really sick and should be fired. He or she will freeze the keys, especially if he turns my board wanting me to play what he wants. He spins the game repeatedly sometimes so I cannot make a score. He brings up ads from the bottom to cover your screen and they are a variety of ads. Plus he puts a big green box that says click to continue. How can you make a decent score. Sometimes he will let the last cube sit there without sending a match so I can go to the second half of the game. He has upgraded because now he brings the side walls in a red or yellow color and adds many small imoji or something all the way across the top of the board. I have to hit the cube so hard repeatedly to move on to the next cube. God knows it has hurted my chest and left me gasping for breath. Someone is doing something really bad and I would even say illegal, because I look at the board and see other people always score 7 or 8 digit scores. Must be friends and or family. He has stolen games from me if I’m doing better than he expects the entire screen will go black. That way I can’t finish the game nor get the points I had. I will bring it back up immediately. By the way he’s working now as I send this message. I HAVE A LOT OF SCREEN SHOTS AND I have deleted hundreds because of storage space. I called hsn yesterday and the young lady didn’t know how to contact the game room. I have other horror stories to tell. I just wanted to give you several examples of what’s going on. When I first started taking screenshots months ago, he got scared and stopped for a few days. That was a long time ago. I assume he knows nothing can be done to stop him. HSN allow these people to run the arcade but they need to know what’s really going on. Hsn is a reputable and well known company because I have shopped with them for years. I will find a way to stop him. I won6rest until 3do. Please help.

I have contacted HSN customer service several times about this problem, but nothing changes & HSN does not respond. I guess HSN really doesn’t care about their customers.
