Winning prizes
Thank you HSN. There was an oversight a couple months ago where I had won and they made it right. Be patient folks you never know when it will be you.

Krissy… Thank you for responding. Your answer has been the most helpful. I will wait and give you time to follow up on the back log.

I had also won a prize back on November 23rd (actually my son’s birthday), and I received my prize on February 22nd. Did it take a long time? Yes. Am I glad I finally got my prize? Absolutely.
Everyone is working in new environments and no doubt with much more stress. Would me complaining about not getting my prize have helped? No. I did notify the prize fulfillment team and let it go. I have trouble off and on with the games, and on those days I play different games. There are way too many other things going on to stress me out without focusing about games and prizes.
And I would like to thank HSN and their employees for the opportunity to play and win the games. And for giving me my prize. Thanks for listening.

I won a few days ago too and all I’m getting is lip service and a runaround. I will wait one more day. Then I will file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General’s Office.

Hi @cynsterwytche, we’re working diligently through the backlog of prizes. I really am sorry for the length of time that it is taking to get your prize to you, but I just wanted to let you know that we are working on getting all prizes awarded.

I won Sept. 3rd, 2020 and just got my prize Feb.15th, It takes them too long to award the prizes but they do get around to it eventually

I can relate to your excitement. I won a few days ago. I absolutely love HSN. Kudos to the person/team who thought of this novel way to excite the patrons of HSN.

Me too. I won. Thanks from me also. I won, I won, I won,

Hi @cynsterwytche, I really appreciate your patience as we work through the backlog of prizes. I can assure all prizes are being worked on as quickly as possible.

To none119… I would say that HSN is running a scam. I’m not acting entitled to demand they give me a prize they are displaying as having been won by me. If I buy something from them they expect me to pay so why shouldn’t I expect the same in return. There are laws about contests run by any group or company in any state and non compliance is a violation. I am currently being patient and waiting since Krissy explained they have a backlog. But I took pics of the winners list and will still follow through with my statement if the correct action is not taken by HSN.
Let me ask you this. If you won the Mega Millions or Powerball jackpot would you expect to get your prize or just say “oh well” if it never showed up in your bank account? The value or source does not matter. It is an implied certainty that you will actually receive the prize. If not why bother with the whole prize page at all?
