When is Curtis and or HSN going to address the problem of the beautiful colored pots and pans discoloring when used on gas stoves!!!!
I invested a lot of money buying all RED pots and pans from Curtis Stone only to now have hombre pots and pans!!!!! They are a pale, ugly color on the bottom and the brilliant, beautiful color RED on the rest of the sides. It looks hideous and not what I invested all this money in!!!! Yet this problem is never addressed! Oh wait, Customer Service did tell me to lower the heat…well, if I want to cook like Curtis shows us to, one needs to raise the heat to get things sauted, braised, grilled, etc.
So Curtis, please, what is up with the fading of the colors on the pots and pans!!!!????

I think you’re right. I buy 99% of my Heidi jewels directly from Heidi’s store so I am not worried if she leaves HSN. I hope Jay and Joan open online stores too. Times are changing……….

I have several of Korres Shower Gel, Body Butter/cream. I LIKE TO KNOW THE EXPIRATION ON THE PRODUCTS. IF IT’S NOT OPENED, HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCT GOOD FOR. LIKE 2 YEARS, OR MORE? I called HSN customer service they don’t even know the answer. PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU

I went on the schedule of shows, typed his name in, it said sorry no such name is found.i know that hsn told us he was returning in the fall but I knew he was going after joy left hsn long Tsai and iman both were gone followed joy.

Hi SoccerMom2018😃. Thank you for the CORRECTION 👍😃 Seems a LOT OF HSN SHOPPERS ARE UNDER THE ‘IMPRESSION’ QVC IS NOW CONTROLLING HSN (or whatever the PROPER TERM OF CONNECTION/RELATION is, lol). Do you know the CORRECT INFO? If so, PLEASE SHARE WITH US-THANK YOU VERY MUCH… 👍😃💛

QVC does not own HSN.
I wonder if they sent the items to one of the HSN outlet stores.

AND MAGICALLY, ONLY 7 of the 40 items HSN/Joy **HAD FOR SALE** EARLIER TODAY ARE LEFT?? UNREAL!!!! A ‘GOOD POLICY’ would’ve, SHOULD’VE BEEN… TO NOTIFY 20+yr LOYAL HSN CUSTOMERS-via email/text-THESE ITEMS WOULD NO LONGER BE AVAIL FOR PURCHASE! Joan, we love you. You are genuine, fabulous, sincere, a pleasure to watch on HSN. We will miss you and your jewelry. Many of us won’t be shopping anymore on HSN. We’ve tried to tell them, but it seems they DO NOT CARE! We love you!
