Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesHas anyone else noticed how long it is taking the new bank to post payments? I made payments to the address through my banks bill pay on Sept 4th and they have yet to be posted to the acct. I called and they said it takes 3 business days, but it’s been 5-6 days already. When you use bill pay the banks send the money electronically bank to bank, not through the mail. They would have payment overnight. This is so crazy, none of my card take this long to post payments and Commenity Bank posted quickly.
Frequently eBay has HSN craft items with free shipping, and often at the craft day sale price……just a few weeks later…. Works for my budget!
Posted in Forum: Crafts & SewingI’m very angry with HSN right now. In August I ordered the foil pens on extended delivery. Today I got voicemail that my order was cancelled! What makes me mad is that after I ordered the foil pens auto delivery, HSN presented the foil pens for 8 more hours, I know cause I watched HSN that whole day. I have seen HSN present items & if they are sold out in an hour, that’s it, they are sold out but they kept presenting these foil pens knowing they couldn’t fulfill the orders. Now I have ordered the stencils and foils & have to send back the stencils I have already gotten. HSN needs to do better!
Posted in Forum: ElectronicsI do not know if the “RTX 2050ti” part is a typo, but that graphics card doesnt exist. There were 3 new computers that went in store yesterday. 2 Lenovo Ideacentre. One of them says it has a AMD Ryzen 5, but, in the next sentence it says it has a Ryzen 3. Anyway for the Lenovo Legion t530, since the RTX 2050TI doesnt exist, what is it supposed to be.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI signed up for the synchrony transfer thin back on August 26 like the letters said to do. I signed up and it let me in. Once I signed out it would not let me in. Said it could not access my account. So I signed up again with different screen name and password. Once again once I signed out it would not let me back in ( September 1 was when I did that ). So I called and the guy was like are you sure your going throughout synchrony I was like yes. I was told to keep trying. So I have been. Guess what same thing they can not access my account, their system can’t find me, or their system is having technical issues or whatever. I would like to be able to get into my account so I can see what I owe. I’m sure they want their money on time. Which I have always be prompt with my payments and never late. I don’t understand why HSN switched over to this bank. It was much better the old way. It’s getting very frustrating when I check multiple times a day and can’t get into my account!
I don’t feel so bad. I have a little more than 1,400,000 and have only won one time as well. That is quite a feat. I agree with everyone else congratulations and HSN SHOULD create a special award for such an achievement. You have given me inspiration to keep on playing.
A couple weeks ago on Sunday Fashion Edit, Debbie said Iman is still with HSN, but that she didn’t know when she would be on again. Iman really had a whole collection which made it easy for me to put together a fantastic outfit: the pants, shirts, dresses, scarves, handbags all were meant to go together. Keeping my fingers crossed she’ll be back soon!!!

I completely agree with this! I received a sample of the Korres as well and I plan on purchasing for gifts. It was so wonderful to receive that. Thank you HSN and Korres for sending those out – the sample was very much appreciated! It truly does help me make decisions on whether I want to give something a try! <3

I still buy from HSN, but I must say the S&H charges are a bit much. I have the same issue with ShopHQ. QVC’ s costs are a little more reasonable.
I will say, ShopHQ’s C/S reps need
to be retrained. Rather rude.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceThe only orders that show on order status are those paid with HSN Card. Why when I pay with PayPal do they not show up? I ordered from HSN regardless how its paid.
I am a new HSN Customer and am surprised they have any repeat customers. I was going to leave this review on “Customer Reviews” but the HSN guidelines on writing the reviews only allow the review on the product not the TERRIBLE HSN policies and pony express shipping. My first order was for a Cricut Maker on August 30, 2019. I was first disappointed I was charged shipping on a four hundred thirty something order, then I was “****** ***” that it wasn’ t “PROCCESSED “ until September 4th and finally delivered September 10th. I had also ordered a tablet August 31 that a HSN rep had told me was compatible with the maker, and heard the same can,t be cancelled responses, and was informed I would have the option of returning the tablet that was not compatible with the maker at my express. I ended up being transferred to a manager that was able to cancel the order, but not before the damage was done. It just seems like HSN does not care about their customers the way they should.
