The only orders that show on order status are those paid with HSN Card. Why when I pay with PayPal do they not show up? I ordered from HSN regardless how its paid.
@cynelaine, it sounds like you may have accidentally created another account. We should be able to merge them together so you can view all of your orders. Please give us a call at 1-800-933-2887 between 8am -1am ET so we can get that corrected for you.
