SYNCHRONY Still will not bring up my account!
I signed up for the synchrony transfer thin back on August 26 like the letters said to do. I signed up and it let me in. Once I signed out it would not let me in. Said it could not access my account. So I signed up again with different screen name and password. Once again once I signed out it would not let me back in ( September 1 was when I did that ). So I called and the guy was like are you sure your going throughout synchrony I was like yes. I was told to keep trying. So I have been. Guess what same thing they can not access my account, their system can’t find me, or their system is having technical issues or whatever. I would like to be able to get into my account so I can see what I owe. I’m sure they want their money on time. Which I have always be prompt with my payments and never late. I don’t understand why HSN switched over to this bank. It was much better the old way. It’s getting very frustrating when I check multiple times a day and can’t get into my account!
