Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI am very unhappy with my purchase . Very heavy items where packed together in too small boxes . My skincare packed with 2 waffles makers on top . My Crystal JB earrings packed with 2 complete HEAVY Utensils sets .
I called CS . They said sorry and expect me to send back leaked Skinn product in a thin plastic bag for a replacement . My smash earrings are sold out and Joyce will be leaving HSN . 30 YEARS AND ALL I get is a’ SORRY’
i EXPLAIN TO THE LADY I recently had amputation surgery and can’t leave the house or go down my stairs to mail a damage item back . You would think after 30 years of support she would have offer a replacement at no cost . Now I’M worried about the other expensive items i have in packaging . I never complain , but I feel like HSN no longer cares about the customer once the items ships . She had the Authority to offer at least spendable cash after clearing looking at my invoice to determine how the itens where shipped together as a Manager . Feel like she really didn’t care . I need to stop supporting HSN /QVC when the feeling isnt’ mutual .

I have a suggestion to improve your website. This improvement would speed up the online shopping experience and decrease customer frustrations. Amazon has this option when browsing lists of items. Please add the option to display only items that are currently in stock. Below I have displayed how Amazon provides the option to customers. If the customer x’s the box, they display currently out of stock items.

I have not gotten my order , yet others who purchased the kit hours after me have gotten. theirs.
Getting tired of dealing with Sara, the subscription card orders were suppose to be limited for those who signed up. Now the boxes sell individually ..
Now I saw a review on some of the dies being made cheap and don’t cut thru 1 piece.
Crafters companion is not always truthful.
I have gotten tired of Anna, She does not know how to make up a decent paper pack for males.
Now with HSN overselling , we cannot count on getting our orders

I agree. He walked in on Kelly Diedring when she was demonstrating the Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker and shocked her and the host when he put his fingers into the vanilla bean ice cream , put them back into his mouth, and back into the ice cream, several times. He preaches about safe cooking practices but doesn’t practice them on the air. HSN should call him out for it, but they probably won’t as long as he brings in the big bucks from his China products.
What I don’t understand is Falling Leaves soap and hand cream has been popping up in other kits in HSN & QVC. For gosh sakes, use them to fill the Bounty Box orders first!

Posted in Forum: HSN TVWhat a lovely host! She keeps the show moving along, makes appropriate comments and asks great questions. She puts the spot light on the PRODUCT and the GUESTS and not on herself. She is a great asset to HSN. There are many great HOSTS on HSN, but I haven’t followed her shows until seeing her today With Wolfgang. Nicely done. Wolfgang seems to enjoy working with her too.
I love Shannon with Wolfgang. Love watching him. He’s an amazing cook. But I wish HSN would let Wolfgang and Marian present the products and show how to work and prepare meals with his products. That would be so nice.

Wolfgang should not be on TV. He is disgusting to watch in the kitchen. He slides his finger across the bottom of his nostrils then keeps sticking that same finger into his food and then to his mouth to taste and keeps this up the whole time he is on the air. Marlo was doing her job and was not over talking, and when she was doing her job he talked over her as if he was superior to her, which he is not. When she refused later in the show to eat his food, it may be because of his unsanitary finger. He is just gross!!!
Marlo is the least pretentious host on HSN!
Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeI think it’s time that HSN does something about correcting the problems with their games especially the mahjong games. They don’t mind taking our money for purchased items and when there is a glitch they fix it real quick. These games are part of my therapy after suffering two strokes and I like the Mahjong because they give me what I need. I’m not the only one having problems I understand this has been going on for a number of weeks.
