if he wants the sales ….(and Christmas is usually when he goes full steam) he should have done so. I know what I paid…exactly what I paid. If he does not wish to have the Christmas specials that is his decision. No business keeps its customers if it closes the door so to speak during the month of November and December. Yes I know he comes back on the end of December but in the last week of December after Christmas.

I should have known. They put their phone off the hook so you have a busy signal all day. So we took a ride. They close at 4:30 pm. I thought they were opened to at least 5 pm or later because of the holidays. May try again tomorrow.

I”ve been following the tracking of both pieces. The first one should have been received by the Warehouse today. The other is still en route to me. Will try making a phone call to our Post Office and see if they have received it and if not will they hold for me to pick up or have it delivered. Will let you know the outcome.

Show dates are not booked months in advance with HSN it is more of a month by month schedule. Show dates are approved and posted for the next month after our last visit. Just a friendly reminder, ALL networks are different and approve show dates and times at their own pace. Please keep in mind that we are still new with HSN and we still need to prove we belong there. In my personal opinion, instead of being supportive, friends have been very resentful and this is not showing HSN that we deserve to be there.
Things have changed, but for the better, I promise! There are so many more changes coming and we are starting to have more sales and promotions through Skinn. com. I’m hopeful for more kits and specials in the future. Skinn is not going anywhere in the US, we are just getting a little make-over.

I THINK WE AS HSN SHOPPERS NEED TO BE MORE PATIENT, GIVE SKINN COSMETICS TIME. PLUS IF YOU REALLY LOVE THE PRODUCTS AND YOU GET RESULTS WHY WOULD YOU GIVE UP USING THEM. AS A CONSUMER I WOULD IN TODAYS WORLD EXPECT PRICE INCREASES. SKINN COSMETICS DOESN’T CHARGE ANY SHIPPING AND HANDLING EVER AT HSN. PLUS STOP ALL THE SPECULATION………! WE DO NOT KNOW THE ~~~~~FACTS~~~~~!

I just received the printer and the full cartridges were NOT in the box. I was told they only come with the starter ink and they did nothing to help me. I was told that is all it comes with. Go look at the online video of Aaron talking about how the printer comes with full cartridges at the 4 minute mark. I only bought it because of the full ink being included. The right thing to do would be to send me the ink that was supposed to come with it. I was told UPS will come pick it up and there will be no charge to return it and I will get a full refund. How inconvenient I now have to wait 3-5 days for UPS to knock on my door. I am reporting this to the BBB for false advertising. I am so angry!
I also missed the set of 60 word dies by CC….. haven’t found them on their website or eBay . I wonder if HSN will be getting THOSE back….
Thank you so much for the info…I had no idea it existed until I saw it on air and it immediately sold out…. I will try to lurk more often lol……. I will also check out what they have on their website because I think they would be awesome to have, thank you!

I receive a robot call stating my item will not ship until Dec 31st ?
I called CS . Agent stated the only color available would be the Red choice . Please look at the item page . At the time I placed my order and currently , all colors show ready for purchase .
The agent basically said HSN waiting on a shipment and to keep my fingers cross ? The robotic call said HSN would cancel if the item fail to arrive after xmas !! Offer me 5 bucks if that happens .
I can’t express how upset and let down I feel . Purchase for my Husband main gift . Very difficult to shop for men , now I may not have anything to give . I purchase my teen daughter the Pro version . I spent a fortune so far with HSN for my X-mas shopping and feel awful at this point . Thank you in advance for reading my long vent. Hope you can Help .

@hsn_sarah I did have the refund in my checking account and then it disappeared. What happened? Is this refund still going through?

Hi @windycold, we have updated it in our main system which shows you and your husband’s name. However, the billing info on your HSN.com profile still has your husband’s name which is why your online account shows his name. You can change the first name on your online profile by going to “Account Updates” then updating the billing information.
Is there any way to link single guest orders to hsn account?
