I understand your frustration. I have earned just under 3 million tickets since the Arcade was offered. When they were offering a $25 HSN gift certificate as a prize, I won a couple of those. (They quit offering those.) I won a three-bottle set of nasty-looking nail polish, which went right into the trash. I also won a set of full-size sheets and a comforter. It just so happened I had a full-size mattress and the bedding set was pretty. From my experience, you’re overdue!!

Posted in Forum: ElectronicsI just wanna say that I’m never going to purchase anything from hsn ever again. They charged my account twice and cancelled my orders. Its a ridiculous system, and I was first told my money would be back in my account at the end of business day, not true. Then I called back and they said 72 hours. My rent is due and now I have to be late paying my rent because they still have not released my funds. This is my worst experience ever shopping online. Never Again!!!
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI called customer service this evening and was told my wait time would be from 47 minutes to 69 minutes.HOW RIDICULOUS!!! I chose to receive a call back which took 63 minutes. It is a good thing that I am a patient person. I really felt sorry for the rep that returned my call because I would imagine other customers were not as nice about having to wait that long. WAKE UP HSN this is one reason customers are choosing to shop elsewhere. On a positive note, my issue was resolved.
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesNot sure exactly where to post this relative to correct category. I would love to see HSN bring back the rolling, metal, wheeled stair Climbing cart. I bought one last year and use it every day. I’m also a caregiver and it has been great transporting all things related to that as well as all my needs. This would make an excellent gift and is so helpful to the person needing a good transport device. I would buy another one and having it presented again would give others the opportunity to purchase one and enjoy this cart as much as I have. Thanks

CORRECTION: IT ALSO CONTAINS FRAGRANCE & MY APRICOT & HONEY TEA ALSO CONTAINS COCOA BUTTER, WHICH GIVES IT A DECIDED CHOCOLATE TASTE WHICH I DONT LIKE. (LOVE CHOC., BUT NOT IN MY BEAUTY PRODS) ALSO GOT THE A&HT WIPES WHICH BURN MY PRIVATE PARTS. YEAH, I KNOW THEY’RE FACE WIPES BUT THE GUYS ALSO SAY PPL CALL IN & USE THEM ON BED RIDDEN PATIENTS. Hi Again. Hubby and I went to the mailroom to see if the mail rep was there. He was. He said he put it in a bin to be returned to sender early this morning. His Supervisor was there as well and made a call to the Post Office while I was waiting. The person who answered did a search and found it must have started the return process. I figured it was on it’s way to Tampa and asked if it could be turned around. The answer was that once it left the Post Office it was out of their hands. Here’s another scenario. The Post Office I tried to contact yesterday and drove to is not our Post Office. They sent me to the wrong one. I guess in this case “two wrongs don’t make a right.” (LOL)
Ok next. I put myself on waitlist for the correct size, but would also love this bracelet in the large. Please reorder if you can in the Large. I checked on the other order and the house number is correct and so is the address. WOW 111111 (LOL). Now go back and relax. I consider this case now closed. And, yes, it was a wild ride, and I made it home in one piece. How lucky can that be…….Have a great week. And thanks a million for everything.
Not on HSN or QVC. Sorry, but this is kinda off main topic. Another MEDICARE Ins plan ad. They make me want to scream. I think Joe Namath has been broadcasted more in the last couple months, than he ever was when he played football.
Ok, another update. This time I tried a phone call AGAIN. The phone rang 4 times (I’m not kidding–LOL) and it was an automatic hangup. Mail delivery to our address is around 2 pm. I feel like a cowgirl in that I will be waiting at the “pass” to see if I can retrieve said package. Is it worth it? Yes, for the correct size……
