I ordered a Shark for my wife for Christmas. During the order process, I entered it as a gift with a little note. It arrived on time but in a box marked SHARK!!! Seriously?! I wasn’t expecting gift wrapping of any kind but, it couldn’t have been put in an unmarked box or one marked HSN or anything to disguise it? Well guess who came home to find it sitting at the door? It wasn’t me! What was to be a surprise, is now ruined!

Posted in Forum: FashionWatching Diane Gilman today and just wanted to provide some feedback about the host, Helen Keaney. I found it was so distracting that Helen kept overtalking Diane Gilman. It would be so nice to just listen to Diane Gilman instead of Helen continually talking while Diane was talking. Just providing feedback because this is not the first time that I have watched Helen where she continually interrupts. So much so that I am starting to avoid what anything she is on at HSN.
I went through the same stuff this week. Since I got on here to complain, I have seen more and more, and even MORE of these same complaints. I posted a super long b*#+h about it too. I was lucky. I was told that I myself had canceled my order and that my funds would be back in my account in about 3 days. It turns out that the funds were never taken out. I thought my account had been hacked when I got the message that I had canceled my order. I’m just really surprised at the customer service being so bad. HSN has been around for a long long time. I was expecting better. I’m still an HSN shopper, but I definitely have let them know that I am not a HAPPY shopper. I post about my experience frequently, hoping that HSN will take a look at their policies and fix them up a bit.
pipman, I came in late. So sorry to hear you lost two packages and happy that both HSN and QVC were able to come to your rescue. I also have the Instant Pot, but have not used it as yet. In the midst of giving our kitchen a great clean up. Should be done by either Sunday or Monday. Take care of yourself and I hope the packages arrive safely at work.

It’s so nice you can have them sent to your business. I tried that at one placed I worked. My boss threatened to fire me, if I ever did it again. He accused me of taking advantage of the company. I have no idea what he meant-I left shortly after.
I’m glad that HSN & QVC are replacing them. I’ve had that happen to me and Amazon is great that way too.
Finally getting to a post.
I actually stayed home today…was getting a UPS delivery, an Instant Pot 6 quart!). I had 2 packages disappear this week, assuming stolen. It was a shock as that has never happened before. Got to talk to my very reliable driver and his seasonal assist and they verified that packages were left on Tuesday and Wednesday. Both HSN and QVC are replacing the items and they are being sent to the business instead. How disturbing that I don’t feel that packages can be left here. Driver and assist suspect someone from a nearby homeless encampment. Hate to place blame there but know my neighbors well and trust them.

I do not know what is wrong with the system, but the refund never went through as a posted refund. It posted pending then it disappeared, in which the refund never reposted to my account.
Could you see what the issue is?

Since posting this, I have seen numerous others complaining about this same thing. HSN needs to adjust their policies somehow and let people know AS SOON AS THEY SIGN UP TO HSN that they aren’t eligible for the flexpay. With all the jargon you post on your website and your tv channel people are thinking that they automatically have the flexpay opportunity. This is very misleading and very disheartening when you order something and then your order is cancelled. Luckily, my product came back and I bought it outright, but I sat for an hour just worrying that I would get another message saying I cancelled my order, AGAIN. And by the way-when YOU at HSN cancel an order on a person, you shouldn’t send them a message saying that they cancelled their own order. Be honest and send them a message saying that YOU at HSN cancelled the order, AND TELL THEM THE REASON. You shouldn’t make the customer have to go searching all over the website and the web to find out what happened-I thought my account had been hacked. For a shopping channel that has been around so long, you customer appreciation seems to be lacking. Just voicing my opinion. I’m still a customer, just a bit disgruntled.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceMade an attempt to change shipping address prior to purchase but rep did not do. So order was shipped to wrong address. Spoke to several reps later who says I cannot change shipping address after item has departed and I must contact UPS. Contacted UPS and they stated that there were restrictions on the items. Spoke to HSN Supervisor and they stated they will intercept the item and provide a refund and allow me to order the item with same deal. Nope. Item returned, according to tracking, no refund, and attempted to repurchase, prior to receiving refund, and now they state that the item is sold out and I cant get the item that was returned to them. HSN…God Bless you! Lost a customer. Have a good life.

I bought many Curtis Stone kitchen wares. The last one I purchased was 8″ frying pan. Since I was using other pans, I kept the pan in the box until last month. When I noticed after first use, the pan was fine but the stainless plate with a handle that attached to the body looked dull.
It looks like the shiny spray never cover the entire handle. 3/4 is shiny and the rest is dull.
So, when it is hang on the rack, you can see the dull part which looks dirty and unfinished.
Since HSN has no stock on this item, I made a contact to the customer Service at Curtis Stone.
I had to send the photo along with the receipt. Even if it was still under warranty, Curtis Stone didn’t replace me with a new one. The reason being, its only cosmetic defect not functional defect. I was deeply disappointed by the fact that they didn’t stand by their products whether its mal function or cosmetic defect. Why would anyone pay for a full price for items that is imperfect. I told C.S. customer service that I would post this at HSN . Now, i have a second thoughts of purchasing Curtis Stone cookwares. My only regret is that I didn’t use the pan right away and found the problem so that I could return it to HSN. Curtis Stone must pay attention to the finishing on every items he sells. A quick manufacturing will eventually dent his reputation.
You are so right, Wilddietta. People complained when he was on Evine about the shipping charge. Now that he is on HSN, people complain about the prices and rip apart his physical appearance. It’s sad to read some of the nasty, mean-spirited comments on various threads. I am not surprised though. There are a lot of miserable people in the world and misery loves company. On any given day, visit the community and most threads are complaints or beauty queens critiquing a host or vendors appearance. I rarely visit the community anymore because the negativity is too strong. I buy my Skinn products from HSN or his website. I don’t have an issue with the pricing. I think he brings us quality products at a fair price.
