Packaging
I ordered a Shark for my wife for Christmas. During the order process, I entered it as a gift with a little note. It arrived on time but in a box marked SHARK!!! Seriously?! I wasn’t expecting gift wrapping of any kind but, it couldn’t have been put in an unmarked box or one marked HSN or anything to disguise it? Well guess who came home to find it sitting at the door? It wasn’t me! What was to be a surprise, is now ruined!

It would seem a no-brainer that if a customer checks the “gift” box, the item would be packaged appropriately. I suppose your wife could think it was an inflatable shark for the pool?😁
It brought to mind a story from decades ago when my father gave Mom an appliance for Christmas, as he was known to do. She finally put her foot down (something she never did), and let him know she did not want another utilitarian item for Christmas! She received jewelry after that (with the help of us kids) and all was calm, all was bright – and sparkly! 😊 -
Oh no! I’m so sorry to see this @edbuneek1 Please know that I have forwarded your concern to the appropriate department.
I hope your wife loves the thoughtful and wonderful gift. Happy holidays!
