Remember Mindy? She was a host on HSN many years ago. She left her husband and children to marry Tony Little and divorced him after 1 year. After that she was not on HSN anymore. Was she fired because of HSN afraid of a scandal? Tony Little stayed on HSN so it affected him ZERO… She has seldom appeared on HSN since representing certain products, but not as a host. Any chance of her coming back? She was a real firecracker!
A return label has a tracking number on it. You can track it on the post office website. That’s what I do. You can always insure it for $1 through u-pic if you’re worried. They are great and pay back everything including the cost of postage in the event of a claim, even if the item says delivered and hasn’t been. If buying from a company that abdicates responsibility for parcels once they send them, you can even pay the $1 and insure it yourself.. If you don’t want to use an hsn return label, you can get a shipping label for most items through paypal.com/shipnow for less than through the post office.

I ALWAYS check the box for it to go back to my HSN card and they keep trying to put it in my spendable cash. I have to call them to get them to transfer it back to my card. Just another underhanded thing they do to get us to spend more money with them.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceWow this is just ridiculous. I attempted to make a purchase [as well] on an item, only to find out I would be denied for flex pay. I attempted twice after with other cards. HSN withdrew over $1,000 from My bank account!!!!!!!! Why take a customer’s money if you’re going to deny the transaction!??? Will be reporting to BBB as well. This is a serious (and apparently), common Issue that needs to be addressed. I am so disappointed in HSN! Will not be shopping here in the future and I must advise friends and family to beware! I want my money back!!!!!!! Get your company together!
Hi kramer2011, all products on HSN and QVC are from China – maybe with very few exceptions.
We can’t financially support anything coming from China – at least at this time. Not just because the quality is shamefully poor, but for the health risks.
Take a look back at the viruses that came from there, it’s been consistent, and now the world is forced to cope with the killing Coronavirus Pandemic.
Only a few days ago reports were officially confirmed of a Bubonic plague outbreak in inner Mongolia China !
I pray for the good people of China who can’t get out from under the extremely cruel and oppressive rule. What they do to children and animal is completely unGodly, abhorrent.
When a country(s) trades bullets and bombs for killing virus pandemics, it’s time for all of us to take action, and that’s ending financial support – don’t buy ANYTHING from China.
Voicing our demands where possible, and writing letters for reform seems a small ineffectual thing to do, but it can and does make a difference – and of course prayer. We can’t let the deranged power obsessed ruin Earth and kills the people.
i emailed hsn, and asked if there was a limit to how many prizes you could win in the sweepstakes. They said nothing in the rules limited the sweeps you could win. Funny they emailed me back answering that question, but not once did they reply to my numerous times i asked about why i did not receive my prize winning notification…….doesn’t make sense.
I won on 5/7/20 GOTW alternative winner and not a word on the $250.00 gift card. I never received an e-mail so I reached out to HSN 3 times with even a picture of the screen with my name and nothing. No gift card, no spendable cash. It really irks me that I have been a customer since the tootie days (a long time more than 27 years) and after all the money I have spent over the years, a little giving back would have been nice…

For the most part I’m no longer a customer of hsn. The only reason I bought a few items in June was because I had a multiple use money off code that covered most or all of the high shipping charges.It hasn’t taken weeks for what I’ve ordered to arrive, but it certainly has taken ages for returns , more than a month in at least one case. Once the return sat at the ups in the area where I live for over 3 weeks before it was sent back to hsn.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceFor the last several weeks, I’ve had issues with the HSN website freezing up on me. I’ve had it happen on my home laptop as well as my work laptop so I know it’s not machine specific. When I launch the page, everything seems to load but there is a delay in the Account button appearing next to the favorites. Sometimes it appears and when I click on it, the page freezes. Sometimes it comes back on its own but other times it locks up the browser completely.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceIs anyone else having issues tracking the shipping of their La-Z Boy from the TS? I received the email from HSN saying it had shipped with a tracking link that takes you to CEVA Logistics. When you put in the tracking number, you’re greeted with a pop-up that says, “We could not find any shipments that match the information provided. This could be because we are still processing your shipment. Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive your tracking number for it to become visible on our website and before calling to inquire.” It shipped last Friday.
I haven’t received any calls or emails from them to set up a delivery date. I’m hoping this truck is delivering to a local La-Z Boy store, and they will deliver it on a smaller truck. I’m on a tiny cul-de sac road, maybe 500′ long x 8′ wide, that forks off of another road right in a hairpin turn. I had a logistics company deliver a treadmill TS a few years ago, and I tried to explain on three different calls that they would not be able to get in here with a large truck, one on the morning of delivery, which we were having a typical all-day January downpour, with fog. They assured me it was a UPS size truck….. it was a 16 wheeler, that got stuck in the mud when it when off the edge of the road and into a soggy shoulder trying to drive in, and then when they tried again via backing in!! The driver said they were never told about the road, and had they, they would’ve never attempted to deliver it. They couldn’t even drive in front of the house due to a low power line that crosses the road.
I really hope that’s not what I’m going to have to deal with again.
When I didn’t see her on HSN for a very long time I googled and she was selling her products under just the name “WEI” (not WEI EAST) on the bigger website stores for much more money. I think she got very greedy guess it didn’t go over that well since she is back here every so often.
For those who did not know, Wei East attempted to make a come-back about a year and a half ago. I was very glad because I love her Eyes Alive as do all my female relatives. Now with the new combined ownership of HSN and QVC,many of our brands are no longer able to compete and/or the business relationship has been unfavorably altered for many brands who are leaving such as Serious Skin Care, Elysee, Slinky, Joy Mangano , Nicky Butler, Victoria Wieck, to name a few. It is very sad that the new ownership is having a negative impact on so many of my favorites over the past 30 years that I have loved HSN.
What hurts me the most on these changes is that they ask what we think and then they go ahead with their plan anyway. There is no longer good communication between the customer and the management. Sometimes there are other alternatives to their suggestions and all you get is a stab in the back. There are times that I think the owners repurchased HSN so they could tear it down and take it a part bit by bit. It seems they do not want any competition with their QVC. I’m beginning to think that this was a hostile takeover and I can just imagine what Barry Diller is thinking nowadays. I am positive he is crying on the inside as he watches what he built is going downhill very fast. There are times when I wish he would again take the reins and bring back HSN to the heights it once was.
