    I am wondering if anyone else is having issues purchasing items on HSN with the HSN Synchrony card?

    When I try to submit my order it says:
    “Order Error” and then states:
    Sorry we were not able to process your order .

    We could not process your order for the following reasons. (It does not give a reason)
    We cannot process your order at this time. Please call customer service at 1.800.933.2887 to resolve.”

    I am no where near my limit. So that is not the problem. I spent over 2 hours on the phone this morning with them and Synchrony to no avail. They don’t know what is happening. I can pay with other forms of payment. I am just curious. I was hoping someone else may have had this issue and had it resolved and you could give me the info to give the person I end up talking to tomorrow.

    Thanks in advance for any help with this.

    A couple of things….

    You do realize this is a forum of other HSN customers and not the bank? Specifically, I highly doubt that anyone from Synchrony is reading these posts in any official manner. With that in mind, why are you registering so many times? Once you registered and logged in, did you set up your banking information so that you can pay from your bank account? The banking info would not automatically carry over, either.

    QVC is already using Synchrony for their card services, which is probably why HSN has shifted over. I would not be surprised to see an eventual merging of brands so that it is a QVC-HSN card.

    ok, I logged onto hsn.syf.com. Now how do I pay my bill? Ive already signed up over the phone and now can’t get into pay my bill. This is ridiculous. So is qvc going to change to Synchrony bank too at some point? I always pay my bills on time and I’m tired of registering 4 times and still can’t pay my bill. I guess I’ll have to call on the phone every time my hsn bill is due and I can pay all my other bills at once on my bank account. That would be a lot easier, but I hope you make it easier for us paying on time customers to pay our bills.

    It could be related to Walmart leaving SYNCHRONY BANK.They are in process of switching their credit card to Capitol One.I wasn’t even aware an HSN payment could be made at Walmart.

    I’ve always paid my HSN bill at Walmart but their computer won’t accept the new synchrony bill. I called them but they said its not their problem but its a Walmart problem.Has anyone had this problem?

    Please call Synchrony’s HSN Card Services at (844) 889-9676 for an HSN Private Label Credit Card or (844) 889-9674 for an HSN Mastercard. You can enter # to bypass the account number enter and reach the first available team member.

    You can also contact Synchrony directly through their Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/SynchronyFinancial) or Twitter (http://twitter.com/asksynchrony). If you send your phone number by private message or DM, they’ll call you directly to assist.

    I’m not able to make a payment on my HSN card since synchrony took over. I called Hsn because I wanted to make my payment by phone since I couldn’t find my card. They said I would be getting a new card & today i received my bill with past due amount and no replacement card.

    You can call customer service for the phone number of Synchrony Bank. If you don’t have your old HSN card number, or new Synchrony Bank number, they will use your SS# to get your account. I think you can make a payment over the phone. Hope this helps.

    You can still log into your account and create a new online account on the synchrony website for hsn. You can access and sign up for a new online account with using your old HSN card, all of your info will populate once you create your online acct with HSN/Synchrony.

    Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Pay my bill’, it’ll take you to the bank’s site and just set up a new account…like you did originally. But you’ll need you HSN account number, I had to hunt for my card to get it. I could set my ‘new’ account up just like the old one. I haven’t had any problems but then I have other Synchrony accounts so they might have recognized my e-mail. Good luck 🙂

    Still can’t get my HSN card to get registered with Synchrony! Have not received a new card.
    This is a problem.
    HSN or Synchrony really need to look into this and get a final resolution.

    Hello to all,
    I have not received anything in the mail regarding the change, no new cc!
    I was getting nervous since my payment is due on the 13th, here is the
    customer service phone number, I called and was able to make my payment on time!
    1-844-889-9676 it’s automated. Hope this help!

    I have been trying to speak to someone and paying my bill and it proofes impossible. If and when you finally get someone on the phone, they pretend that they cannot hear you or the phones are staticky and disconnect you. However
    When dialing the same number but choose ordering options, THEY HEAR YOU VERY CLEARLY AND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE LINE.
    My acc has been transferred to synchrony and I have no info on this and have a small balance to pay but to no avail. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affaires. Someone needs to call me xxx-xxx-xxxx ASAP.
