    I set up my account after I received my bill from Synchrony Bank, it had my account number on the statement that begins with a number 6, after that I went to hsn.syf.com and created my new online account.

    I set up all my information on the 26th of August like suggested. I never had any problems with setting it up, and used my “old” HSN card number. I just now paid my bill online thru Synchrony also. No problem.

    SYNCHRONY Still will not bring up my account!

    I signed up for the synchrony transfer thin back on August 26 like the letters said to do. I signed up and it let me in. Once I signed out it would not let me in. Said it could not access my account. So I signed up again with different screen name and password. Once again once I signed out it would not let me back in ( September 1 was when I did that ). So I called and the guy was like are you sure your going throughout synchrony I was like yes. I was told to keep trying. So I have been. Guess what same thing they can not access my account, their system can’t find me, or their system is having technical issues or whatever. I would like to be able to get into my account so I can see what I owe. I’m sure they want their money on time. Which I have always be prompt with my payments and never late. I don’t understand why HSN switched over to this bank. It was much better the old way. It’s getting very frustrating when I check multiple times a day and can’t get into my account!

    When you go into the HSN sure online, click “pay my bill” . You need to scroll down and click register because there original card was taken over my synchrony Bank. Even if you were registered before it’s a new synchrony account so you have to do it again. You would need your account number though so maybe an old statement otherwise I don’t know. Good luck.

    My HSN account was closed but I am still making payments on it. I am trying to create an account on the Synchrony page but they require my HSN card number but I no longer have the card, its either lost or misplaced. In calling HSN they referred me to Synchrony which then requires me to register a Synchrony account; therefore I’ve come full circle and accomplished nothing. The Synchrony page says the card number is on the statement My oldest statement is 7/2015 but I don’t see it anywhere on it. Wonder where I can find that number. Today is Sunday so maybe a weekday will have more people who can help? frustrating…

    I tried to log in and make my payment which was due today. I now have to try to locate my HSN card and evidently set up a new account? Also, I got an email from Credit Karma today saying that my HSN Account had been closed by Synchrony Bank. It’s in good standing so I have no idea why they would have done this. Bad decision on HSN’s part.

    I registered my HSN credit card number with Synchrony over a week ago. I received a confirmation email and a bill pay reminder with a link to access my account. I have tried for over a week on three different devices to log into my account and pay my bill. I am unable to access my account. Keep getting a process error message that says they are having technical difficulty retrieving my account information and to try again later. This is beyond frustrating. Called Synchrony and they had absolutely no idea why I’m getting the message and can’t access my account. The woman I spoke with tried to tell me it was because I registered my HSN card and not the new one, which I haven’t received yet and I’d have to re-register. I know that’s not right because the latest email I received shows the last four digits of my new card number, so I know they’re connected. Guess I’m just going to have to pay my bill by phone.

    Remember to have your HSN Credit Card Number available as you will need it to Register your Account there.

    Also, don’t worry about the new Cards being sent out. Once you receive it, the Synchrony site will ask you to Register with the New Synchrony Card Number… sometime between late September and October.

    Where is my hsn acct and where is my latest statement? I have tried everything imagineable and can’t find my acct anywhere. Do I open a new acct in Synchrony? And when will I get my new card so that I know my acct #??????
