Sounds like an inside job to me, meanwhile I’m still waiting on a jigsaw puzzle prize from over a year ago, and I’ve given up trying to get any information on it, even though my avatar has been displayed on the Prize Winner’s List Page for over a year now. Here is my sad-face emoji.
It’s like – the good news is you won a prize, but the bad news (reality) is you’ll never really get anything.
And another thing, why has there been no trivia for 2 weeks now? What’s up with that?
I won a prize of $250 for winning the jigsaw puzzle. At that time they took all the winners and mixed up the names. Now they take the top 100 or so, claiming that there are too many winners.
The today’s special jigsaw puzzle is no longer available. That list of winners you see is over a year old.

Still waiting for some acknowledgment of Today’s Special Jigsaw Puzzle prize win from October 2021. Go to Winner’s List page, see the names listed, I am wondering if the other names listed have received any prize from HSN. Just because HSN takes away the Today’s Special Jigsaw Puzzle game, you have to give PAST WInner’s their prize, hint hint
I won the $250 giftcard for the game of the week last week. My giftcard was already in my e-mail as soon as I checked after seeing my name listed as the winner.
I also won the puzzle prize in August 2020. I didn’t get that prize until February 2021.

I have won the the daily puzzle during 4 different weeks, one being the week of 3/26 – 4/1. I keep on asking but get emails saying they are working on backlogs. Also, if you notice, HSN does not always identify the daily puzzle winners – they skip weeks.

Another problem, for over a year ago, I was told that the puzzle would be fixed, but I still cannot play it as it is looking for the “flash” on my computer, which you knew was disconnected last december. Someon, who plays the game, tried to help me by telling me to use my smart phone, but I do not have one nor do I plan to buy one just to do this puzzle. I see every week there are winners for the puzzle, but I am consistently excluded from competing.

Am starting to forget to even check trivia anymore since never works.
I also used chat this week with cust. svc. as have been listed for 3 weeks as being a ts puzzle winner but have not been notified of what I won. Don’t see why you would list winners without emailing prize info at same time.
Hi Krissy, Yes I received the Spendable Kash that I won on Sept 19 th 2020 from the Daily TS Puzzle…. I`m still waiting on my E mail from winning the Ninja Air Fryer on Aug 13th 2020 at the cost of $169.99 ….. THANKS for U help……
