
question of the week???
For 3 weeks the same question appeared on my screen for the question of the week. Each week I answer it and each time it says “oops” It looks like you already won on this or something like that. What is the matter? Is there going to be any new question?
Another problem, for over a year ago, I was told that the puzzle would be fixed, but I still cannot play it as it is looking for the “flash” on my computer, which you knew was disconnected last december. Someon, who plays the game, tried to help me by telling me to use my smart phone, but I do not have one nor do I plan to buy one just to do this puzzle. I see every week there are winners for the puzzle, but I am consistently excluded from competing.
Help Please…..?????

Isork, several weeks ago I spoke with customer service. They informed me that the tech unit/arcade team are trying several venues to see what works and what doesn’t since we lost Flash. The new format/games will be up and running by June 21st of this year. Some games will remain and a few will be changed to something different. All I can say is to have patience. We should have something in 4 weeks.
