Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeI was so surprised, when I was checking out on HSN today. I had $299.99 in my Spendable KA$H. I just got an email that I won the Jigsaw Puzzle for 2/6. I never check the winners, because I gave up long ago. I play for fun. What a great surprise!

Hi all! I never talk here, but enjoy the chatter and good thoughts shared here. Have a couple of questions. Today is the second time I have been one of “today’s special value” puzzle. I have received no notification of winning either time. I contacted customer service about the first win. No response to the first. What can I do? Also, what is the prize for that? Thanks for helping!

OODIEBOM, I believed that I was the winner for the $250.00 Gift Card. I played until my arm about fell off getting the highest score, LOL. I never won The Game of the Week. I have won prizes doing the puzzle and the gifts we put our tickets on. I sure was excited. Thank you
How are people still able to play – I looked at the dates and they have winners for the TS puzzle. How is this possible?

Both the Spin to Win & Todays Puzzle not giving points, but just take you to a page saying, this page can not be found, after winning or completing. What a waste of time…
Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeI HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH HSN ONCE AGAIN-INFORMED SOMEONE IS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME TODAY-I ALSO INFORMED A SUPERVISOR THAT MANY MANY ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT WAITING MONTHS ON END TO GET THE INFO TO CLAIM PRIZES-ALSO EMAILS FOR THE TSPUZZLE WINNNERS-ALL I CAN SAY IS FLOOD FLOOD FLOOD THEM WITH EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS-1-800-284-3900 CALL THEM EVERYDAY OR ONCE A WEEK MAYBE JUST MAYBE THEY MIGHT FINALLY TAKE CARE OF THIS MAJOR PROBLEM.

I still love HSN’s products and the representatives that I have spoken to in the past have been helpful and kind. This is an arcade problem in which I did my part in notifying them and a prize on an arcade would be nice but not going to worry about it any further. I hope the rest of you get your prizes.

HSN is a large company and I am sure they can afford our prizes. I watch for my name very closely because I try hard to win and get excited to see that I was a winner and then NO PRIZE. Disappointing,
