COULDN’T FINISH MY POST FOR SOME REASON. BUT THIS IS MY POST. I TRIED TO PURCHASE PHILOSOPHY 3 PC. 3 OZ. FACIAL CLEANSER AND WAS DENIED SAYING COUNDN’T SHIP TO HAWAII. SO I WENT TO QVC THEY HAD THE SAME PRODUCT AND IT WAS ON SPECIAL FOR $28.00 AND HSN IS SELLING FOR $45.00. QVC LET ME PURCHASE THIS ITEM. I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE POLICY OF THESE 2 NETWORKS. ONE ALLOWS ME AND THE OTHER SAYS CAN’T SHIP TO MY ADDRESS. YOU NEED TO CHECK BOTH HSN AND QVC IF THEY HAVE THE SAME ITEM. ANOTHER ITEM I PURCHASE WAS A BLUSH FROM HSN AND WHEN I BROWSE QVC THEY HAD THE SAME ITEM ON SALE MUCH CHEAPER. SO ADVICE IS TO CHECK BOTH HSN AND QVC FOR BEAUTY PRODUCTS “BEFORE” YOU PURCHASE. DON’T KNOW IF ITEM IS STILL ON SALE ON QVC BUT THE PRODUCT NUMBER IS “A704164” PHILOSOPHY 3 PC. 3 OZ. FACIAL CLEANSER.
I’d like to know why +3.50 is always the strongest strength available. I need +4.00 and that is never offered in any brand, even QVC doesn’t sell them. I bought a few pairs on Temu, and they were pretty good. If they can sell them why can’t HSN?
QVC offers A LOT of things that will never make it to HSN.
I AGREE WITH EVERYTHIG. I WAS WATCHING HSN ON TV AND I FELT LIKE I WAS WATCHING QVC. THE HOST THE MODELS EVERYTHING IS NOT HSN AND I DON’T LIKE IT. I STOPPED WATCHING QVC LONG AGO AND HERE AGAIN I’M WATCHING THEM. THE OLD HSN HOST ARE DRESSING DIFFERENTLY, THEIR HAIR , THE MAKEUP . THE MODELS LOOK LIKE QVC THE NEW HOST LOOK LIKE QVC AND I NOTICE HSN INVOICE IS FOR BOTH HSN AND QVC. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

I thought it was just me being so disappointed with the level of decoration on the HSN sets. I’m beginning to think that this move to Pennsylvania was much more challenging than expected….and it shows thru some newer hosts being unprepared or just downright rude to vendors, items being sold not leveling up to the quality of yesteryear, or in this particular subject, the stage decorator’s ability to bring to life ANY theme related to the holidays. Some of the QVC set seems to actually look like the decorators from down in Florida are working on their sets, not the HSN sets,…..I don’t know why.
Still hoping things will turn around this year, with upcoming TS from both august & leo, and Winter Lane… maybe Mr. Christmas. HSN may need more time than that, which doesn’t thrill me.
And I really, really appreciate seasoned hosts being part of this new set up, …I’m certain this hasn’t been easy for them, either.
I don’t think QVC has anything to do with those decorations. I believe HSN needs a new stage decorator. It’s the same color scheme they were using when they were in Florida.
Sorry that they have lost you guys. I am now watching and ordering more from HSN than I do from QVC. Things are not as bad as yall are describing.
I have not watched lately, but that sounds terrible. Sounds like HSN is being treated like QVC’s stepchild (poor Cinderella)!
Well said. I stopped any critique simply because I stopped watching. I have ordered once in a while (vitamins, cosmetics, etc.), but that’s it. Most of my orders are orders on auto delivery and trusted items. I miss the old HSN. Missing it will not bring it back. I stopped doing business with QVC years ago after many purchases. I got so very tired of some of the hosts coming across like they are so much more superior than the customers. Anyway, I continue to purchase what is on auto delivery thru HSN, but not taking a chance on anything new.
Posted in Forum: HomeI don’t know how to write my disgust at QVC. The Christmas decorations on the HSN set is so awful compared to the QVC set. Every time I watch HSN, I look at their decoration and I get so upset. It’s so “Rinky dink”. I’m not sure if it’s the decorators of if QVC is giving them hand-me downs. That pink plastic wreath with the ugly green ribbon is awful, sometimes ribbon is on the top and then it’s on the bottom. Another set only had small xmas trees on the shelf.
This ad blocking thing has just started in the last 4-6 weeks. I will not disable anything on my computer in order to do business with HSN and QVC. I am done buying from these companies if this condition for writing a product review issue remains in place.

I totally agree with your comments about Susan Graver’s TALKING! She is downright annoying when she’s bragging about her clothing line and CONSTANTLY interrupts the show host. … I can’t even stand the sound of her voice anymore. So…. I don’t watch her segments, or I mute her just so I can view the clothing if I happen to like what she’s showing. Oh …. and her prices are outrageous! … they get more expensive almost every time she’s on. In all the years I’ve seen her clothing line on QVC, I’ve only bought one item, a lightweight blazer… it wasn’t even lined and made it look cheap.
You are correct! I am watching less and less.
Yesterday morning I started watching Rebekah and Jasmine. Rebekah said ‘yep’ so much I turned the channel. HSN, train these new hosts. Jasmine stood there reading her card. I could tell it was her first time reading the information….totally unprepared. Both of these hosts were unprofessional. Even Leslie, who is my favorite, talks and talks. I thought the new hosts might help me watch more but it hasn’t. We will see next month when 3rd quarter results come out.
HSN and QVC are offering free shipping more often. I’ve received 2 coupons from QVC recently. However, when they offered free shipping,one of the products I wanted was $5 more than the normal price.
The Snickerdoodle scent is already up on QVC.com…..so not sure if that will be coming to HSN closer to the holidays.
