To get to arcade, go to HSN home page. Click on CONNECT menu, then on arcade. It just displayed correctly for me using SAFARI & Chrome browser on my iPad. It has my points, GOTW, etc.

You can call customer service for the phone number of Synchrony Bank. If you don’t have your old HSN card number, or new Synchrony Bank number, they will use your SS# to get your account. I think you can make a payment over the phone. Hope this helps.
Hello, did you look under “Order Status” under your HSN profile? Also, double check to ensure that the HSN confirmation email is not in your Bulk or Spam folder (that sometimes happens). If they charged you, then you should’ve recieved an automatic confirmation email saying “congrats, your order will be arriving soon, here’s your order…”
You can still log into your account and create a new online account on the synchrony website for hsn. You can access and sign up for a new online account with using your old HSN card, all of your info will populate once you create your online acct with HSN/Synchrony.

@jeaniejulian, you can log into your account online at hsn.com. Under the FlexPay Manager, you’ll be able to see all of your open payments.
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesWhen we used to have 3-4 pages of prizes, it was easy to enter the drawings. I played the games and the tickets added up. Now that there is only one page, my tickets are accumulating with no where to use them. My idea..maybe we could convert some of our tickets for coupons. Example- 5000 tickets = $5 off our next order???? It would be great incentive to shop at HSN. Each week we only see 8 products/prizes. We used to see 24 products/prizes which kept me exploring HSN and therefore I bought more. Since it went down to one page, I have maybe bought just 1 or 2 products. I think that this could increase your sales??? What does everyone think?
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Pay my bill’, it’ll take you to the bank’s site and just set up a new account…like you did originally. But you’ll need you HSN account number, I had to hunt for my card to get it. I could set my ‘new’ account up just like the old one. I haven’t had any problems but then I have other Synchrony accounts so they might have recognized my e-mail. Good luck 🙂
Still can’t get my HSN card to get registered with Synchrony! Have not received a new card.
This is a problem.
HSN or Synchrony really need to look into this and get a final resolution.
It is ridiculous to change our points to the rewards section when we do not play games on that page. How can we see our points computed while playing, it just makes no sense at all. Plus we cannot view our all time points that used to be on the bottom of the games page too and only in the rewards section. I have no desire to continue playing since HSN started this game page. It really takes the joy out of playing. It was bad enough when they started all the ads and used to see them every 4 or 5 games then that changed to every 2 games. Many times while playing I would get no credit and that is another major reason that we should be able to view it while playing. I am very unhappy with this change and think that if others feel this way too then should email their complaints like I did and maybe they will understand why it is important to be able to see our points while playing and then be able to view our history.
Why are celebrity clothing pieces so expensive? Vanessa Williams is a singer and actress, why would I pay more for a name? Bring back the designers you let fall by the wayside HSN. I’m more than disappointed in the shoe offerings – they stink. If my mother was alive and lived in a Nursing home, I would buy shoes from HSN for her.
I haven’t gotten my first Synchrony HSN bill yet. We will still get paper bills right? I never pay mine online.
