Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI was given Spendable Kash in lieu of a refund to original payment method because I returned defective earrings.
I used it and purchased 631-913. The necklace would sit on one side, so I would straighten it. When I did this, it would flip the other side to sit sideways. It was returned for being defective.
I spoke with your chat agent. She claims I received the Spendable Kash as a promotion, and it is now expired. I did not receive the Spendable Kash as a promotion. It was a refund because a pair of earrings I purchased from HSN went down in price, and I reached out to HSN and notified them of the price drop within the required time frame.
Since it is money that I used on HSN merchandise that went down in price, I would like my money returned to me.

What? YBF has had their own website for a while now. I discovered her website at least two years ago when I was trying to get her brow pencil and HSN had sold out.
Jennifer Stalone also has a website for Serious Skincare although she is on ShopHQ.
Websites are nice but when they align with these shopping networks they are able to reach into millions of households.
Andrew Lessman has a website too but he’s still on HSN and QVC.
In answer to those wondering how some of us know the insights of HSN, all you have to do is look at the financial pages. Many times rumors begin with employees who find out they no longer have jobs or certain vendors are nor coming back.
He’s a BIG CLUE as to whether a vendor is returning or not – most of their items are on clearance.
Many Vendors have their own web sites now and don’t need a home shopping channel to sell their goods. They offer discounts, free or low shipping, and real sales.
Also, it appears HSN is doing away with small brand beauty companies in favor of bigger brands.
Where did you see or hear that Signature Club and YBF are gone? They might be, just curious how you know? Why do you say vendors are fleeing? I know things have definitely changed but why do you assume vendors are leaving on their own accord? Do you know the annual sales of these vendors? Could it be for poor performance? I don’t know either way just curious why people come up with their own story, then act as if their story is true. People can’t even get straight who owns HSN. I’m just saying there is some bad info. on these boards. I prefer facts, not emotional hypotheses.
ybf, and signituer club a are gone. stacy has her own website and customer service. somone needs to buy hsn to save them because all there venders are fleeing. last year hsn had all the best Christmas items in November and then in December they just had seen to had left overs. ming tsia came back but seem to be gone again. curate is killing hsn.
I used to have that problem with the computers from HSN and asked that they stop adding things on to make it more expensive and less memory. I now purchase elsewhere where it is easier to return when something goes wrong.

I CALLED TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE MY FUNDS WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO ME AFTER MIDNIGHT (she said it would be available instantly or midnight at the latest) AND AS NO SURPRISE TO ME IT WAS STILL NOW SHOWING UP IN MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED VISA AND SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR AND SHE SAID THAT HSN NEVER CALLED TO REQUEST FOR THEIR HOLD TO BE LIFTED AT ALL! IT IS NOW THE 24TH AND STILL NOTHING. RIGHT NOW IT’S THE ONLY MONEY I HAVE TO LIVE OFF OF AND THEY HAVE IT HELD FOR NO REASON AT ALL AND IT’S HARD TO FEED A CHILD WITHOUT ANY MONEY WHATSOEVER! IT’S DISGUSTING HOW THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY AFTER THEY HAVE ALREADY DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER! FYI TODAY IS THE 24TH AND I’M SO UPSET WITH ALL THE LIARS AT HSN

I have several of Imans pocketbooks, and last year when I queried about them, I received a response from Customer Service that they were returning in January. But now I know what’s going on. I wish I can get some more of those bags. The prices at the stores are 4 times more than what we payed at HSN.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceOn January 16th I ordered me some AirPods and I did flexplay so when I ordered them a payment of $45.84 came out for the month of January. No new payment was supposed to come out until February which would only be $33 but a couple minutes ago my card was charged again for $45.84 and it wasn’t a charge for February , HSN charged my card twice for January and I would like that money back ASAP ! And I would like to know what’s going on

Silicon use in oven??? AH yes, there are actually many silicon baking products even sold here on HSN…So, using a pan with silicon handles shouldn’t be problem. So it seems to me that Curtis Stone use of metal handles seems more a way to get people to buy more products in order to use the pans. Think he would figure out he would sell more if you could use with out burning oneself.
I used to several years ago had a hard time holding myself back from buying so many clothes and shoes from here. Do they have a new buyer for HSN because I dont see any fashions I want to buy. I like G cant spell her last name but same stuff since last fall and the sales are like a whopping $5.00 off wow. Clothes are twice as expensive as Shop HQ. I have been over there buying fashion and boots. hSN has gotten so old looking and to expensive for me.
I did read that Costco stopped buying their farmed salmon from Faroe Islands due to pressure from the public because apparently they also do whaling as well. Around 800 long-finned pilot whales and some Atlantic white-sided dolphins are slaughtered annually, mainly during the summer. Google it and it is very disturbing. Hard to believe HSN does not know this. Costco now buys from Norway. However color is added to the feed and it says that on the label.
Sara gave the big reveal on CC face book page live today. The TS is a metallic full size Gemini cutting machine. They will offer rose gold, silver, gold and metallic purple. It will be a bundle with auto-ship. I would like to suggest that someday she partner’s with Cricut, Silhouette or Brother and do a cutting machine that can use USB’s. I think she is missing an up and coming market. She also said the plates will be available for both the Junior and full size and if people want them they should probably pick them up the day before when they first put them on the HSN site or they might sell out. Which is historically what happens. There you go! Happy crafting!
